We chose this eBay integration app because of other's reviews and this Infoshore app also seemed to do exactly what we wanted in a way that we could understand (no AI and not too many extras that we will never use). And we are VERY pleased we did - the support and communication from Pankaj and team has been second to none! We are a small Australian company and needed some time to tidy up our eBay store and get rid of our old ecommerce platform and they were patient, supportive and understanding. When we were ready to migrate they have been professional and their communication is always so prompt and accurate and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with and have made/are making this migration so much easier for us to manage. This prompt personalised service is rare these days and we do appreciate it.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotline-Support von Shopify! Der Kundenservice war schnell erreichbar, äußerst freundlich und vor allem kompetent. Mein Anliegen wurde zügig verstanden und direkt eine passende Lösung angeboten. Besonders positiv fand ich die Geduld und die klare Erklärung, sodass ich alles problemlos nachvollziehen konnte. Customer service is very responsive and professional. We had questions and were able to get answers right away. The tool helped us duplicate many listings from eBay to Shopify, including the photos.

Transferring products from Shopify to eBay was quick and easy. The app is a great tool for setting up an eBay shop, especially if you have many products. Synchronization of data after orders via eBay also works flawlessly. We had to pay €60 for a small custom code, which I think is reasonable. All in all, I can recommend the app and the support.

Excellent app and even better support! I needed to sync over 5,600 industrial surplus items from eBay to Shopify, and Pankaj from the support team was amazing. He helped me set up a custom plan that fits my business needs perfectly. The Auto-Import and Auto-Delete features work flawlessly, keeping my inventory perfectly synced. If you are looking for a reliable way to connect eBay and Shopify, this is the app. 5 stars!

The eBay Integration – Infoshore app has been a great addition to our Shopify setup. The listing upload process is very straightforward, making it easy to get products onto eBay without any hassle. Order integration has also been working smoothly, which has saved us a lot of time and reduced manual work. What really stands out is the customer support. The team has been fantastic — attentive, polite, and incredibly quick to respond. So glad I found this app. I needed an app that would allow eBay to remain as the master and bring in all my listings (at a discount) to Shopify. This app did just that. And customer support is some of the best ever. Working with Pankaj was great. He helped me through the entire setup. Give this app a try if you want to expand your eBay business to a website!

Great app saved me so much time syncing my products to Ebay. Got stuck initially but live chat customer service stepped in and sorted in a matter of minutes. Got our first sale within 48hrs of listing. Highly recommend worth the subscription in my opinion one of the best integration apps I have installed.

As a small/new business coming to the online platform, I started to sell on eBay first. I then want to have my own platform in which I can build my own brand and provide exclusive deals. It was a real challenge trying to build a dynamic bridge between eBay and Shopify until I came across this app. Originally, I was sceptical because it's a paid service (trying to keep minimum expenditure) but after speaking with the Pankaj (and his team), they were able to provide a solid solution to importing products, sort them, making them presentable (as per my requirements), I feel obligated to write a 5* review for this app. I think it's an excellent app, worth the money and most importantly customer support team quite helpful with set up and achieving specific requirements.

This company made the process of syncing my ebay store to my shopify store a very easy process... Pankaj was very helpful and reached out almost immediately to assist and actually did the import for me. Very impressive. Well worth the monthly fee...

Great app with a very helpful and available support service. We needed some help with syncing some products and the customer service team have been incredibly responsive and understanding. Highly recommend if you're looking for an easy way to keep your stock up to date.

Great customer support, Pankaj was very helpful and reached out to us offering to streamline the import process by informing us of our available options for automation. Through this we saved a weeks worth of time that would have been spent deleting ended listings.
