This app saved us heaps of time and got us up an running quickly. We initially made the mistake of importing with a template attached to the listings but after temporarily removing the template and with some assistance it worked perfectly second time round. Recommended.

I used this app to help me import listings that were not active on eBay. The response time and communication was great. I would highly recommend this app to those that have issues importing products. The Manager of Shopify Applications is knowledgeable and professional. Many thanks for your help!

Great App, it's very easy to use and it's a must if you are trying to transfer your items over from Ebay. I would recommend this 100 percent.

Worked mostly as advertised; dropped a few pictures during the transfer, but with almost a thousand listings in play, this was very minor, and easy enough to fix. Definitely a recommended time saver.

Tool works perfectly. 5 stars for support. Imported over 1000 items and every single glitch was fixed promptly. They even customized my import template to make sure that every item I would create on eBay would perfectly show in my Shopify Store https://catholically.com After a few months of service I am a satisfied customer, especially for their customer service!

Ebay Professional Importer is an amazing app. It was easy to use. I imported over 12,500 listings within few hours. Mr. Rohit was extremely helpful around the clock with excellent communication. Also he was able to help me with a few bulk edits, like changing the tax option on my products. Best investment I've ever made. App allowed me to do the import in a few hours, and saved me many month of work.

This is an amazing app. It was completely seamless and simple to use. You simply set your synchronization options with E-bay and run the app. I imported over 6,700 listings in a few hours. Rohit was extremely attentive and was able to help me with a few bulk edits, like changing all the text font to match the themes, helping me delete the old Auctiva templates and the like. It was easily the best $200 US I've ever spent. It allowed me to do in a few hours, what I couldn't do in months before.

I use this app to migrate products from eBay. It is a very essential tool to have to keep all products in sync!

Very helpful service. We had plenty of questions as we've never sold on an online store that wasn't a 3rd party. The app saved a lot of time for us.

I can not rate this app high enough. It is essential if you are working with an established eBay business and need to transfer products. I have many products with variations and was wary that they would transfer correctly - they transferred perfectly. The support I received went above and beyond what I would have expected. The response time was immediate and each of my requests were implemented. A+++++

This app is a MUST HAVE! I have two etsy stores, an ebay store and a website that I now have all of my products on thanks to this app. The prices are extremely fair and the customer service is OUTSTANDING! If there is something creative that you need done, simply ask Rohit and chances are he can do it! Great experience...Great App! GET IT!!

Have been using eBay importer for over 4 years now and has been great, I'm able to import all my ebay listings into Shopify. It also syncs with my eBay listings, so if I sell something on eBay it automatically removed from my store. Highly recommend it, excellent customer service

Needed to get rid of all my Ebay disclaimers following each description. Pankaj Narang removed this from all 700 listings and preset the importer to auto remove this from all future imports. He asked very detailed question and took time and care to make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it.

I was selling on eBay for years, and then I made a shopify website. This is the perfect tool for you to import all your listings from eBay into Shopify. Also, I had a small techincal issue and Rohit was quick to answer my questions and clear up my doubts. $40 and I was able to import 200 listings without a problem. Shoot, $40 and I saved a ****load of time! It's a no brainer!
