eBay Integration ‑ InfoShore

So far so good. Have been looking for syncing software for about a year now as tried many but either they dont work, dont meet my needs or both. Had to have a few mods in the begining and the support for this was great - like the fact that i use templates on my ebay listings and can't bring them over to shopify as all my clickable links lead back to ebay and not the shop. They offered to mod it so they were automatically removed. Other apps wanted to charge extra for this. I was impressed

This is a great product and does what it advertises. Used for several years to import eBay listings into Shopify, including pictures. Recently they overhauled the app and seems like a lot of the little bugs have been worked out. It operates much more smoothly and the interface is more user-friendly. Support times have been good when we have questions, so that is a plus.

This app is super helpful in integrating eBay with Shopify. I have over 1,500 products and syncing them by hand would have taken literal months. this app synced all my products with my Shopify in a matter of a couple of hours! Pankaj, the customer service rep, was also super helpful in ensuring my auctioned items didn't get synced! Great customer service:) welcoming, quick, and actually helpful!

eBay Profesional Importer works great. Customer service is excellent in helping me with my store listings and quick to respond to my email messages.

App works really well and does everything we need it for. Support is excellent to answer any questions or adapt the import settings where needed, would certainly recommend to any sellers currently eBay based who are looking to utilise Shopify.

The best thing is their customers service. Whenever you have any issue you just shoot an email then next morning you will find all fixed up, no delay. I have nothing but positive things to say about this app and the people that run it. The responses are fast. They will bend over backwards to fine tune anything in their capacity to your needs. They are managing 8000+ items for us with no issues (about a month in so far). They are so professional and enjoyable to work with I actually tried to hire them for other needs. If you need to sync eBay to Shopify store and maybe make a few changes along the way, these are your guys.
