So far so good. Have been looking for syncing software for about a year now as tried many but either they dont work, dont meet my needs or both. Had to have a few mods in the begining and the support for this was great - like the fact that i use templates on my ebay listings and can't bring them over to shopify as all my clickable links lead back to ebay and not the shop. They offered to mod it so they were automatically removed. Other apps wanted to charge extra for this. I was impressed

This is a great product and does what it advertises. Used for several years to import eBay listings into Shopify, including pictures. Recently they overhauled the app and seems like a lot of the little bugs have been worked out. It operates much more smoothly and the interface is more user-friendly. Support times have been good when we have questions, so that is a plus.

This app is super helpful in integrating eBay with Shopify. I have over 1,500 products and syncing them by hand would have taken literal months. this app synced all my products with my Shopify in a matter of a couple of hours! eBay Profesional Importer works great. Customer service is excellent in helping me with my store listings and quick to respond to my email messages.
