The team has been incredibly helpful, from setting up the app to assisting with minor issues and even refining our description to better fit the look of our website. Their responsiveness through the chat feature is outstanding, and I much prefer using this app thanks to their excellent customer service. This app is something that I couldn't do without now. It imports all my listings from my eBay store to Shopify and updates my stock inventory almost instantly. The live chat option is extremely helpful and Pankaj is always very friendly. Any issues I have experienced have always been resolved very quickly.

Have used this app for over 5 years. It did exactly what I wanted. Import all my products from ebay to shopify with a few clicks. The ability to sync live products between the two platforms and update price and quantity automatically has been invaluable for my business and UX. The team has been very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommend. Thank you!

I have tried several apps that upload products from eBay to Shopify, and this one has the fewest issues. Among the few that actually work properly, this app does the job well, and the support team’s responses are very quick.

I installed this app to copy my listings from eBay to Shopify. This app managed to do it perfectly. Just what i needed and saved me lots of time doing it manually

I use this app to import and keep inventory and stock synced with my eBay accounts (2 different accounts). It is kept updated daily and matches nicely with eBay. When an item is sold on eBay, it updates on Shopify and vice versa. Makes managing inventory much easier between the two platforms.

This is a great service. I have two Ebay accounts running into one Shopify store and it's all working great which isn't the case with other integration apps. They are really quick to respond if you have any issues and are also impressively fast at fixing them. I have over 750 individual listings and no issues. 5/5

We “EASY CAR PARTS LTD” recently started using INFOSHORE’s services as the company we used before shut down with very short notice. We have about 8000 products in stock and it’s a much-complicated situation as the previous company didn’t merge the products use SKU. I contacted them, I explained the situation, they took over the whole project plus managed to negotiate a discounted monthly fee. After completion of each and every task they sent us an email for us to test and confirm. In addition, we had some special requirements, and I believe they had to develop software to cater those. Our experience with INFOSHORE is impeccable and any company who is looking for this nature of services I would highly recommend INOSHORE.
