I would recommend e-shipper. The ease for us and our customers is wonderful. I'm still figuring out a few bugs but I am working with Maui Malonzo in tech support who is so responsive, well informed and always follows up - which is great. And Komal Puri my rep who calls me back at all hours! The information migrates quite well from Shopify to the e-shipper site but some fields are frustrating. It will auto-populate incorrect info so I'm hoping they get this fixed. But overall very happy.

Having amazing rates is just a bonus. What really sets them apart is the incredible customer service! Irene, Amanda and Alex are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond to help in any way they can. I would recommend them over and over again.

We have had the best time working with eshipper! They are such a professional company with incredible people working there. I love how they can help us with everything from better shipping rates, to picking and packing, to helping us with our Amazon store front (shoutout Blair & Jack from AMZ prep!) our account manager Ahmed Sabah has been amazing at helping us navigate all these different services and help to tailor things to help support our small business. We made a significant move to eShipper the week prior to BFCM, and despite a few hiccups in the early days (volume related) their customer service has been outstanding. Now that shipping has settled back into the "norms" we are seeing strong execution and support. There is much to accomplish yet, and we are adding shipments to extend our relationship, but I feel the team at eShipper is supportive of our vision.

Its been a month we are using eShipper to fulfill our order for USA and Canada, during the initial setup we have many problems, because we were not familiar with this new setup, but the most excellent thing about eShipper is the team they are very efficient and responsible, whenever we need assistance they are always provide assistance in responsive way. They help me setup our eShipper and provide solution to our each and every query

We have been using eShippers to fulfill our Canadian orders for the past 6 months (out of their Toronto warehouse). They have been absolutely superb to work with! We have used other 3PLs and eShippers are far-and-above easier to work with and more nimble than others we have used. All of our orders are shipped on time and we get accurate and current tracking and related info immediately. The team is very responsive and they even went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot issues the few times they occurred (issues not caused by them). I would highly recommend eShippers, and we look forward to continuing to use them.

Stay Away, Nothing but problems out of the gate. App didn't work properly, unable to show customer info, and Nothing but issues. I managed to ship a few packages and was double-billed for one. Then apparently there were some system issues and incorrect shipment details were displayed, eshipper tried to charge me an additional $576 due to their system error. Still dealing with customer service to refund over a dozen additional charges that were not authorized. What a nightmare.

The service I've been receiving with eShipper has been phenomenal and has truly made my experience as a small business owner MUCH EASIER. I like that I can integrate my shopify with eShipper so smoothly. I am grateful to have Ahmad Al Abid as my account manager - he ensures I receive great support and great shipping rates! Ahmad is very responsive, helpful and passionate about his job.

We use this app for fulfillment and shipping and get much better rates than Shopify plan shipping rates. The team is fast and great to work with. We highly recommend eShipper!

Good pricing. Unfortunately their accounting business model does not work with our actual business model.
We are sorry to hear that you had to deal with several shipping adjustments (additional fees) and understand how frustrating it must be for you. We try our level best to make sure no customer has to go through this but carrier-related adjustments are unfortunately not in our control. As discussed with you earlier, although most of these charges were carrier related & valid, we have refunded several of these payments as we truly value your business and empathize with your situation. Our teams have been constantly working with you to rectify all the issues you have found in your audit report. Please know that your Account Manager as well as our Escalations team continue to be highly involved in the entire process with the carriers as well. We’d greatly appreciate the opportunity to resolve all your issues and hence have requested for a call with you involving our senior management. We are confident to work out a resolution for you with your cooperation.
