We’ve been using Essential Loyalty on vinyl.ae, and it’s been a solid addition to our Shopify store. The app is simple to set up, integrates cleanly with our theme, and lets us launch a loyalty and rewards program without unnecessary complexity. The team is very responsive and able to fix things quickly. Much more cost effective and helpful than some of the other programs out there! So glad we switched to this!

Amazing app! Super easy to set up and works perfectly with my Shopify theme. The loyalty features, points system, and referral options are very beginner-friendly yet powerful enough for scaling stores. I loved that it integrates directly inside Shopify—no complicated setup. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to boost repeat purchases and improve customer engagement!
