The app offers powerful features and great customization options, it fits perfectly with our brand. Huge thanks to Sebastian from support, who even helped us with technical adjustments on a Sunday, truly outstanding service! Suggestion: It would be great if the loyalty page were included in the basic plan and all icons could be customized. Highly recommended!

As of Nov. 1, the billing plan was created, and I noticed it today, Nov. 8. The Program Development Team generously gifted us access to Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards for free. We are very grateful. Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards is designed a bit more intuitively than several other loyalty programs we have experienced, making it easy for program administrators to use. It has the advantage of easily creating an Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards tab on the member page (buyer’s personal page). From the moment a Shopper visits the online store, they can see at a glance the points they have earned and the points they have used on the Shopper Page. The program also includes a variety of ways to earn points. Therefore, I believe Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards is an excellent tool to increase Shopper loyalty to our shop.
