Awesom. This app adds great value to our store. Highly recommended.
Essential Loyalty is an excellent app that has really made my website shine. Overall, the experience has been fantastic; the features are great, and it offers the flexibility I need to fully customize the loyalty program to match my brand. What truly stands out, though, is the support team. They are incredible—always quick to respond, very helpful with any questions, and extremely fast at resolving any issues. Highly recommended for any store looking to boost the marketing!
Wow, this really made our day — passing the kind words to the support team! Lots of exciting updates ahead, glad to have you along for the ride.
Danke

Easy to set up and use. Have asked for a feature and this has been worked on and now is integrated into POS
Really glad POS loyalty landed well — your early feedback helped us understand what really matters. If anything else comes to mind, we're always listening.
Matas was of great help when I had some minor issues. Those got resolved quickly with the help of the great support team.
I thoroughly enjoyed using this app. The customer service is exceptional. However, I would like to suggest adding a feature that displays customers’ points and provides them with options to redeem them at checkout. This would not only encourage customers to continue using the app but also enhance their overall engagement. Thank you for creating an easy and affordable app!
A full year together, your suggestion means a lot to us! We are actively testing redemption in cart, but checkout redemption is also high on our list — great minds think alike. :) Stay tuned.
super app, flexible and responsive suport team
I've been using this app on two of my stores, and I'm very impressed. The plugin works perfectly, but what truly stands out is the support team. They are incredibly fast and helpful. Shoutout to Shammer for the excellent and quick responses! Highly recommended.
