This app is truly a great solution for implementing a loyalty and rewards program on Shopify. Right out of the box, Essential Loyalty & Rewards Program works flawlessly, proving to be intuitive and highly effective at driving repeat business. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the world-class customer support. I recently had to migrate from another loyalty platform, and a team member was instrumental in making the transition seamless and painless. That level of hands-on help and dedication is incredibly rare and greatly appreciated. The app is already great, but to make it the absolute best on the market, I have a few suggestions for future features that I believe would significantly enhance customer motivation and conversion: Point Expiration Feature: Implementing a points expiration period would be a powerful tool for encouraging immediate action, motivating customers to place a follow-up order before their earned points lapse. In-Cart/Checkout Redemption Widget: A visible, interactive widget during the cart or checkout process, showing a customer's current point balance and allowing for direct redemption, would be a huge incentive to complete the purchase right then and there. This app is highly recommended for building strong customer loyalty. I initially rated this 4 stars while awaiting these enhancements, but the incredible support team reached out personally to confirm that Point Expiration is already on their development roadmap and In-Cart Redemption is actively being discussed and planned. This proactive communication and commitment from the developers is outstanding. Based on the exceptional customer service and the clear plan for future enhancements, I'm confidently updating my rating to 5 stars. It's an essential addition to any Shopify store!

Essential Loyalty has been a game-changer for our Shopify store. The support from Matas was outstanding—he handled all our requests, including custom code adjustments for styling, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a flexible and responsive loyalty solution.
