This Preorder app works incredibly well. It is reliable and allows some very useful customization. I found it extremely easy to setup and it is nice that it automatically activates when a product inventory quantity drops to "0". I had some user-support issues and the team was VERY responsive. Matas is my super-hero! Immediately helped me and was extremely friendly. Definitely recommend the app and the Essential team's ecosystem (I use several of their products)

I have left a review before, but I wanted to add another one for a second interaction with the team at Essential Pre-Order. As we have grown, we have implemented more complex coding to accomplish different initiatives and naturally some mistakes happen here or there. The team at Essential Pre-Order makes fixing any unknown mistakes easy. A quick message and within 15 minutes Sebastion worked through the issue and was able to provide a solution and a recommendation of how to avoid this going forward. Thanks again!
