Essent Preorder Back in Stock

this was so easy to use. I originally set up another app for pre orders and when my pre order launched it didnt work and there was no one to help me on their end. So in a scramble I downloaded Essential Pre-Order and had everything up and working in a couple minutes. This app was so easy to use and saved the day.

So far so good. Needed a bit of support to get it running, but this was provided very fast and comms were great.

New to shopify currenty setting up my store for a launch date of March 2026. I am very happy with the app. Customer service is excellent. Samuel was excellent to work with !

I just started using this app and for someone like me who is not the most tech savvy person, the app was easy to use and set up. I did need some help with the preorder button for my theme and Matas was able to quickly fix this issue. I think this app will be a great addition to my store. I special order many items for customers as I don't want to stock them and this app should help with my operation.

So far so good. Easy to use and does what I wanted for pre orders. Had a small issue with set up but Matas was great. Fixed it quickly and efficiently.
