Works well and has lots of customisation options, such as working and non-working days, custom messages per collection and design options per message. Support is instant and helpful, although I was able to set it all up without too much work. Just finetuning to get it set up exactly like I want it.

Setting up SB ETA was straightforward, and there are plenty of options for configuring the rules, giving me the flexibility to cover all my shipping setups effortlessly.
