Significantly higher prices for Shopify Plus stores and it doesn't advertise this anywhere. Very misleading.

Shopify Plus plans are slightly higher due to the advanced features and support needed for larger-scale operations. Most of our existing shopify plus customers are finding a great value through app functionality by solving unique buying psychology problem. We are happy to assist if you interested in give it one more try. Our exclusive animated ETA widgets has played well in increasing shopping experience for many enterprise brands Also, We prioritise transparency by displaying all pricing options clearly upon app activation, ensuring merchants can make informed decisions.

We needed a custom modification to accommodate different store locations. The team implemented it as part of their enterprise plan. While it came at a non-standard price, we’re very satisfied with the solution and the quick delivery.

Quite a frustrating experience for shops with large inventories. Wanted to exclude the app from appearing on all my digital product pages as they do not require an ETA. But the interface provided by this app to exclude the digital products (I have more than 100+ items, not including archived items) is very lacking and needs major improvement. Filtering for the items by product type was very difficult and I had to resort to manually excluding my digital items one by one, which was time consuming. After seeking assistance, they pointed me towards upgrading my account to use another feature that might help, which only made it more annoying as they should acknowledge on working to improve what should have been working in the first place instead of asking us to pay more. Very frustrating especially for a first time onboarding experience.
