This is an early review, so more time is needed for me to make a clear decision on overall rating. Customer service is fast and helpful. The animated visual delivery timelines look great. Customisation can be a bit limited such as adjusting icon sizes and colours and you have to get their team to adjust this for you, which they can do quickly.

App provides a nice clean customizable tab for delivery. I had an issue with some of my ETA rules and customer services was very helpful and fast to resolve it.

The SetuBridge support team were great help to me today. I made some edits to my bespoke ETA rules and messages over the weekend which inadvertently stopped them syncing properly with my product pages. I couldn't see how to rectify the problem so i messaged their remote tech support who responded as soon as they came online this morning (London time) and the problem was fully resolved remotely for me within about an hour. Simple and straightforward support. I was very pleased with their response time and quality of service. The app is now back up and syncing properly with my Shopify store. Thank you.

Excellent Delivery App with Outstanding Support! I’ve been using this delivery app to display estimated delivery dates on my products, and it has worked wonderfully. It makes it so easy to show customers clear delivery timelines, which has helped improve trust and conversions on my store. The interface is simple, the features are flexible, and it integrates smoothly with Shopify. At first, I had an issue where the ETA message wasn’t displaying on the product page, but Priyanka from the support team replied immediately and resolved it. App has loads of options to set specific conditions for estimating the delivery date. I had a small translation issue and they were able to solve it, the support was also very responsive. As the price is relatively low, I can fully recommend the app.

Just installed this app as I have seen it working well on another site although I haven’t yet had any feedback from customers, I think it is a feature that may help inform customers just when they could expect to see their order. Great support from the support team-Priyanka helped me in cut-off time and it working well. I will update this review intime.

I liked there are o lot of settings for customization. Small tip to improve: add a title field for rules to make rule table more user friendly as when there are a lot of rules it's quite easy to get lost. Special thanks to Priyanka from the support team for helping us quickly with SVG icons. Her response was fast, supportive, and professional, and she went the extra mile to ensure everything worked perfectly. Her friendly approach and clear guidance made the whole process much easier.
