I like this app. I learned how to use it quickly. It is easy to use and does all the necessary functions. I have been using it for over a year and I am happy with everything. The support works well. I recommend this app.

As a first time user I was the app quite easy to navigate. Only issue I had related to Etsy's shipping and product dimension and weight rules. But this app helped me resolve that problem.

Tried integrating Etsy with my Shopify store and gave up miserably until I found this app which makes it a breeze. A few weeks in, as Etsy orders started picking up, I had a few questions and Hem from Support was able to guide me promptly. Very satisfied user here.

My customer support is Hem. The DPL software appears seamless. Hem helped me through the setup procedure as I was held up on deciding how to set my shipping as it's international.
