Ronex was helpful with trying to get our Etsy shop set up. I have a few connectivity problems on our end and was patient through the process. We will continue with Ronex with any future enquiries.

This app doesn't meet my needs, unfortunately. I switched from another platform due to frustrations, but that one still offered more flexibility overall. With this app, I'm unable to do key things like: – Set a profile to automatically adjust pricing (by a dollar amount or percentage) when syncing to Etsy – Create a profile that sets quantity to a specific number when Shopify's inventory is 0 Since I handmake many of my products and don't always keep an active inventory, manually updating hundreds of listings just isn’t realistic. One other note (and this applies to many apps, not just this one): communicating with support can sometimes be a challenge when there's a language barrier. I completely understand that support is offered in many languages, which is great, but it would be helpful to have smoother communication when discussing technical details in English.

Hem has helped my thru understanding what to do in syncing my Shopify Products with my Etsy Products. He stayed with me as I had a hard time understanding the SKU, etc. but now I have the ability to work on it more! Thank you so much, Brenda

This is a necessity to keep the inventory synced up between two stores. Initial training was personalized and shown directly on my computer screen. The presenter was very patient with me trying to navigate my way through a new program. It has so many features that were shown to me that I am on information overload. I think I definitely chose the right program for my two stores.

I had problems with the app overwriting my Etsy descriptions. The support team was very helpful and was able to resolve my problem within the settings. I am very satisfied with the results.
