Absolutely do not use this app. The syncing from Etsy to Shopify is awful. Had so many issues with this app I finally deleted it. The sync would not update correctly and also if I had all the information input correctly, it would still result in a failed product sync. Unhappy and will not use this app again.

Always a great service, I've used two Shopify stores for syncing, but I'd love if they had a bundled package, something like Dsers, which would be more convenient to manage the stores centrally than every time It would be much better to have to reopen another store. If the price could be a little more affordable, I'd be happy too. But in any case, I hope to better optimize this plugin, because Shopify is always the base of business, and Etsy always has some inexplicable rules that restrict sellers, and it is easy to get banned or deleted. Keep working hard, come on!

Really cool apps. I would integration is very smooth and fast. Real time sync which is the most advantageous feature that I wanted. Struggled with initially with setting up but a prompt response from Fazil N. via chat message followed by a video call to do a quick demo saved me a huge amount of time. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is planning a smooth connection between their Shopify and Etsy store. Many thanks guys.

After working with another system that was reliable but considerably more expensive, I was curious to see if this product could fit my needs. In fairly short order I discovered that the import from Etsy was dicey - app created seemingly random duplicates, sometimes 2, sometimes as many as 5. Also would create Shopify listings with an inventory count of 10, when in fact there was only 1. Lastly, it also overwrote some existing SKUs even though they were unique in Etsy, again apparently in random. So, as much as I would have liked it, it just wasn't reliable enough for my daily operations.

Fazil and the developer jeevan was really awrdome I just logged into this application bymistakenly and the way they approached and helped me get setup made me want to try it out. And the developers of this application, especially Jeevan, are truly amazing. And I'm shocked that not even a global application would show such concern for clients 100 percent of the time.

Update; after leaving initial review and uninstalling the app, Roshan reached out to me and asked if I would try it again as they had solved my issue. I did a test with a couple products just to see if it would work before adding my entire 250 or so items into the feed, and it did in fact work. I will continue to update my review as time goes on!

Upon looking further into the issue you had, we identified what caused it. We've fixed that already and implemented a host of solutions to prevent it from happening again. We tried reaching out to you by email, but it seems you aren't available at the moment. Would you please let us hear from you to upload your Shopify products to Etsy as soon as possible and have them synced?

Darpan - was curtious and kind but most of all very patient. Sometimes its very difficult to do this by yourself but with patience and hand holding Darpan was able to take me through slowly. Im 70yrs old and needed this help.

Gives a lot of information other apps like this doesn't. The customer service is also phenomenal on chat. They stayed on with me till everything was fixed and made sure everything was how I wanted. Very happy with it!

Orders and products synchronised quite easily and quickly. Very good support also. Easy to use dashboard

It’s very easy to use, I uploaded my products from shopify to Etsy very easily. All questions were promptly answered b the Apps support team. My next step is to improve my page ranking of products on Etsy. Overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting to integrate Etsy and shopify. The price is the best i could find also. Free integration apps I came across did not work.

This app makes my life so much easier. Bringing all Etsy orders into shopify, so I can ship and manage orders in one place. Plus the easy integration meant I managed to list all of my items on Etsy within minutes. The online support was also super efficient.

The app is well thought out and works very well. You can easily add products to Etsy and sync them. Also, a very good support team that really takes an interest in you and want to really help. Overall, support and the app at least six stars and not just five.

Great app. Support always super fast and responsive. Works really well. I'd recommend this to anyone that is tired of manually entering etsy sales.
