App works well and once you get the hang of it, it functions exactly as required. The support is fantastic and has helped me several times. Their help menus could be better written for some of the harder to use features to save their support team questions that should be answered within the app. I would recommend it.

it was very helpful to speak with an agent live, he clarified a lot of things for me, I got more done in 30 minutes than I would have trying to figure it out on my own, would highly recommend.

I AM VERY IMPRESSED HOW EASY THIS IS and it so quick as well. I'm used to setting up apps with shopify but I must say . Krishna was on hand within a few minutes & helped me understand clearly how things worked, he was very patient & gave me simple instruction on how to do things . Within minutes I have products live on Etsy. Thank you Krishna and Hem : )

I have not been using the app long, but I have been impressed with support. I have had a couple of problems as you might expect with any new app, but both issues were resolved. A couple of weeks on and using it often, highly recommended.

5 star for customer service. And the app capabilities all pretty good aside from having to download ALL my products every time I import (as opposed to selecting only the new items). But this is in development. Some issues due to shopify restrictions (not the app). The app is pretty self explanatory but any issues… just reach out. The team will help you.
