Ik gebruik deze app nog maar pas maar ik vind hem heel duidelijk en ik kan er heel goed mee zelf aan de slag. Toch liep ik ergens tegen aan. Op de chat werd ik onmiddelijk vriendelijk geholpen door Hem. Ik heb direct antwoord gekregen en kan dus gelijk weer verder met mijn werk. Nergens heb ik ooit zo snel antwoord gekregen van een Helpdesk. Ik kan de app tot nu toe zeker aanbevelen.

This app has an incredible 24/7 live video call help service where you can talk to a real person and work through any questions you might have - very helpful and efficient!

It is the best app available for connecting Shopify and Etsy together. Ability to sync inventory, sales and changes to listings is a game changer. I rate it 4.5 stars instead of 5 only because user interface isn't great but it certainly gets the job done and their customer service is fast and helpful in responding.

I am so excited about listing on Etsy. This is just what I need; all my friends tell me I need to be on Etsy but I spend lots of time curating my Shopify site. Krishna was very helpful getting me started, asking me for help before I knew I needed it. Thank you so much, I look forward to using your app. Edit: I continue to use them. The app works flawlessly. I can choose to SEO-optimize my Etsy titles without altering my Shopify titles, which is huge. The customer support is right there in the chat if you need them, super fast, responsive, and great communicators.

This app is easy to use and the customer support has been great. I would recommend getting a tutorial on the use before syncing so you understand how the syncing works.
