I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. Thank you so much for your help. Pratik is a credit to your company.

This app is an absolute game changer. If you trade on both Etsy and Shopify you must have this app. The time saved not having to add listings is priceless. The integration is seamless and so easy to use. This app is so easy to use and the support team is always available and able to advise when needed.
