I was having a lot of trouble setting up my shipping with Etsy. The customer service from this shopify (sync with Etsy) app was wonderful. The representative was so helpful and really showed me as a new business owner some valuable tools with the app while getting the solution for the shipping issue. I highly recommend this app!

I would highly recommend this app! It was simple to install and works perfectly for our business where we sell across many channels. The customer support is also fantastic and they pick up and resolve issues in a very timely manner.

The customer service from Baibhav was wonderful. He spent a lot of time explaining the issues, how to fix them, so now my Etsy store is showing my products from Shopify. Great customer service! Really appreciate it. Thank you.

I've been using the app for about 3 weeks now. Even though there are some small limitations - it REALLY does the heavy lifting when wanting to keep your products and order process into one platform. Extremely happy withS the customer care and overall service that the app provides.

Purchased Etsy Integration & Sync in July 2023. Had difficulty getting products to view in my Etsy store. When I scheduled a Meet online call Surya quickly remedied the issue by instructing me how to sync on the Etsy view. I found the instructions provided did not give complete instructions.

Surprisingly awesome. It actually works. But, what was more impressive was that when I ran into quirks caused by our own inventory method, their customer service was both timely and helpful. When I ran into a serious problem I was able to schedule a call within 24 hours. The agent was well versed. He was able to help me fix the problems I encountered from his own knowledge, he did not need to consult a manual or ask a manager. As a bonus, his English was very easy to understand. REFRESHING

It was excellent. The support agent was very knowledgeable and patient. He toke me through the whole process and I did it all. He also fixed the errors. He is excellent.

Setup was easy, but don't make the mistake that I did. Shopify overwrites everything in Etsy, which is great to start, but I spent hours making edits directly in Etsy after the initial sync (tags,etc.) only to have it all wiped away because I had a box checked in settings that was easily overlooked. Good support, but a hard lesson to learn so I will be keeping them separate.
