Great app, a fantastic time saver to help upload all my products from Shopify to Etsy. Orders come straight through from Etsy with barely any delay and then integrated directly into my online orders through Shopify. Great for allowing me to control all my orders in one place. Some minor issues in syncing products that have been updated after uploading into Etsy but great customer service from the support team resolved the issue really quickly. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this app. It made syncing my Shopify products to Etsy so much easier and creates a seamless synergy between the two sales channels. The live customer support was particularly helpful. Customer agent, Nirmal Shrestha, guided me through the process on a shared screen when I had one specific question in particular which I found most helpful. He was comprehensive, patient and clear in his advice on how best to manage the shipping component. I feel comfortable using the app knowing that I have live support so close to hand and look forward to further exploring the app. 5 stars

This is a good app, I have tried a few but they can be expensive and some are so fiddly and difficult to understand. This is the only one that i could work out within 5 mins or so and the price is just about affordable and good value for lots of listings. Had an issue this morning and Kabita P helped me quickly and took on my suggestion for an improvement. Overall a good app.

Once you figure it out and get through the initial setup, it's pretty easy to use and seems solid so far. Setting up the shipping options gets a little confusing at first but overall simple to use and seems fairly robust on the syncing.

5 star service, needed to change websites and still use the app . was seamless and help was instant and great. we are back up on etsy conected to our new shopify account. well done all, ***** , i recommend the app

This app works amazing. I was having difficulties uploading my shopify products to etsy, support live chat answered quickly, and got on a google meet with me right away to walk me through the process, and it worked seemlessly. Thank you again!

Spent weeks trying to get the products to link with between Shopify and Etsy and it never worked. We had all our SKU, Product titles, variant titles, qty, and prices that match exactly and it never would link. Support is horrible and they kept telling us they would respond and no one would respond. Chat is fast to respond, but often that ended with them telling us they needed to have a developer help, and then nothing would happen. I would not recommend this app. We also had orders that failed to transfer over so we had to manually process orders.

I am giving this app 5 stars due to the customer care and simplicity of the app. I love that it integrates directly with my Shopify interface and I don't have to open another window to view my products/inventory. I have used many other apps that feel over complicated and over priced. While there are some items that can be worked on with this app (minor issues with message verbiage or display options-but nothing major/none affecting inventory management, etc.) It does what it promises and after speaking with support I feel confident the minor issues will be worked out soon. This is a cost effective inventory management system that works well for syncing products Shopify with Etsy. Syncing is much quicker and closer to "real-time" than the other 5-6 apps I have tried. It is simple to use and understand the customer support is quick to respond. I would say that once the minor glitches are resolved I will consider this app to be the best available for those that simply need to view/manage orders and inventory between the 2 platforms. Great job, hope to see more intuitive features soon that will make it even better. Thanks to the development team.

I had issues with the app but support was able to resolve them. Darpan also helped me a lot, he offered to call me to help me upload products correctly and make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and confident that their app and support would help me grow my business and bring more sales!

There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor service.
