It's a nice app that helps keep our shopify store and etsy in sync for quantity and also helps with automatic order fulfillment.

It took a few hours to fix the problem, however they could help me go through all the problems until it was fixed. Very recommend.

I'm thrilled with this app. I can finally sell my one-of-a-kind work on Shopify and Etsy at the same time! The learning curve to set it up was not hard. I had a few questions and got very fast and helpful responses from the app team. Now that it's up and running it's super easy. I still have to do some tweaking at the Etsy side of things but it's totally manageable. I recommend this app highly.

This app was really helpful in syncing our Shopify products to Etsy. It was an easy interface to understand even without the demos they provided. I did have some difficulty with a few things, but customer service was responsive and helped me through them. Kabin, Fazil and Surya were really pleasant and seemed committed to finding a solution for whatever challenge I had.

Despite the fact that the description f this app claims “real time sync” of orders and inventory, this has never worked for me in real time. I sell on Etsy and Shopify and want this app to keep my inventory between the stores in sync so I don’t oversell a product. After reaching out I was told “ Every 10-15 minutes, our app syncs. We currently do not have live syncing, but we are working on it for the future. When you make changes in Shopify, syncing will take approximately 10-15 minutes, and if it takes longer, you are always free to contact us.” I have yet to receive a follow up response. Is this app straight up deceiving customers with their description that it syncs in real time? If I could give zero stars I could, and I will be following up with Shopify regarding their false advertising.
The review is not reflecting accurate information about our app. The syncs are real time, which means data is processed as soon as it's received. Depending on the volume, response time of Shopify and Etsy it can be processed in seconds up to a few minutes. We have reached out several times to Northern Baby Goods but unfortunately we could not convey these insights. In case you're open for it we are happy to restart your trail give you a swift onboarding experience.

Tried several apps that link Shopify and Etsy and in my opinion, this is the best one. The functionality is excellent, especially for the price! It does everything we need it to do and more. I particularly like how it lets you select what you want to sync, from product level right down to whether the app replaces titles/images/prices on Etsy or not when it's updated in Shopify. You can also choose for it to sync orders and inventory, just inventory or neither; which helps us in our slightly unconventional setup. I also like that you can set defaults for the required Etsy fields, so you don't have to then go and do lots of work in Etsy on each SKU like with some other apps. You can also upload to Etsy as Drafts (which you can then edit in Etsy) or as Active listings. Support are also really helpful, an instant response on chat when they're online and email for when they're not.

Switched to this Etsy Integration and so happy I did! Their customer support is great worked through a sync issue immediately and answered all my questions! Recommend for small businesses starting out that are building out their product collections. Jillian was so helpful in working through my issue!

Kabin helped us to fix the issue to upload all our products that wasnt possible because we have products that have more than tree capital letter words

So linking my products to Etsy from my Shopify shop I really thought was going to be a bit of a nightmare, but I have to say this app is absolutely brilliant. All 200 of my products went up lighting fast to Etsy drafts, along with sizes and colours, it's literally saved me days of work... maybe more. And the help they given has been amazing, they literally get back to you within minutes on the help chat, I can't recommend them enough. Best thing - is the sync, creating a new product on Shopify (once you've linked up) and boom the product's straight in Etsy draft, love it. Thank you

This is my first time using software like this for my Shopify Store. I am sending my items from Shopify to Etsy. So far it has been good as it is my first day. I did have one error but I used the chat to speak with someone about it and they immediately responded. I am in the trial phase of this and will give an update after my trial end date. So far it has been an easy and good experience.

I have tried a lot of different Etsy Sync apps at all different price points. For the price, this one is hard to beat. Darpan and the team are always keen to help and ensure you are getting your money's worth and that things are working as intended. I have had a couple of hiccups with getting things set up (mostly because I have complicated Etsy listings!) but they have been quick to resolve it and get me going.

This app is really good for syncing Etsy products to Shopify, so that you don't have to manually update inventory. It integrates more than just Etsy, too. I did demo call with Darpan, and he was great!

Absolutely do not use this app. The syncing from Etsy to Shopify is awful. Had so many issues with this app I finally deleted it. The sync would not update correctly and also if I had all the information input correctly, it would still result in a failed product sync. Unhappy and will not use this app again.

Really cool apps. I would integration is very smooth and fast. Real time sync which is the most advantageous feature that I wanted. Struggled with initially with setting up but a prompt response from Fazil N. via chat message followed by a video call to do a quick demo saved me a huge amount of time. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is planning a smooth connection between their Shopify and Etsy store. Many thanks guys.

Fazil and the developer jeevan was really awrdome I just logged into this application bymistakenly and the way they approached and helped me get setup made me want to try it out. And the developers of this application, especially Jeevan, are truly amazing. And I'm shocked that not even a global application would show such concern for clients 100 percent of the time.
