Update; after leaving initial review and uninstalling the app, Roshan reached out to me and asked if I would try it again as they had solved my issue. I did a test with a couple products just to see if it would work before adding my entire 250 or so items into the feed, and it did in fact work. I will continue to update my review as time goes on!
Hi Down River Designs, I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with the Etsy Integration & Sync. The upload should've been a seamless process. Upon looking further into the issue you had, we identified what caused it. We've fixed that already and implemented a host of solutions to prevent it from happening again. We tried reaching out to you by email, but it seems you aren't available at the moment. Would you please let us hear from you to upload your Shopify products to Etsy as soon as possible and have them synced?

The app is well thought out and works very well. You can easily add products to Etsy and sync them. Also, a very good support team that really takes an interest in you and want to really help. Overall, support and the app at least six stars and not just five.

Recently started to use the extension and the 2 interactions I have had with their support have been immediate and really helpful (maybe time zone has to do with it? I'm in GMT +1) So thanks a lot team, the tool is what we needed with our ~250 SKUs. Hope the review is helpful for the team and anybody else who could benefit from the tool! All the best!

In the beginning I was very confused and I gave up. The support team reached out to me via email and google chat and LITERALLY walked me thru the ENTIRE process!!!!!!! 7 star review. Darpan was a great help and spent a lot of time assisting us as we navigated the system. Download this app!! This is the one you need.

This is a MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to be present on both Etsy and Shopify without lifting a finger. Everything syncs in an instant, automatically, correctly!

Very nice app with clean workflow to sync between Shopify and Etsy. Support person was really awesome who helped me walked through everything, answered all my questions to my satisfaction :)

Good services, very helpful apps. I just start the app and don"t know how to use it and I chat with the guy he is very nice to help me We will let my friend use this app.

Very helpful support. They go out of the way to earn your business. App is not perfect, but it's better than the alternatives I've tried, including CED and all the other Shopify Etsy apps I've tried. It's the best Etsy app I've found in the Shopify store. It needs improvement (more automation), but it will get the job done and you'll need to edit some finer details directly in Etsy.

It is perfect to link your items with Etsy. Only thing is that some parts like description and price still needs to be done manually ( in our case ) because we have a different currency on Etsy. Also the description doesn't see 'enters' so the text is all in one big sentence so we adjust this manually as well. But it at least saves time and we can link our production now since it is syncing with our Shopify account. Also, customer service is available immediately and very friendly and eager to help you out when you have a problem.

I will say that the app is not the most intuitive that I've used. That said, the support is amazing and helped me through every step. I was able to get our ShareASale fTP feed up & running very quickly and am finalizing our Etsy integration now. They respond quickly to emails & chats - very impressed overall!

Highly Recommend this company. They are new but their tech support is awesome! I love the live chat feature. Darpan helped me out as a new user and he was able to guide me remotely via Google Meet to how to use the app. Great customer service is so appreciated since it's rare nowadays.

Amazing customer service. Made it incredibly easy to integrate my shopify listings to etsy. Saved me hours of time on etsy!! Darpan is a legend!!!

Easy to use App, but it does have it's own issues that need manual tending. Automatation would have been much nicer to have. I use it for my Etsy store, but unable to have a smooth Google shopping connection. Amazon would also be good to have, but it is not yet available. JASPER is very customer friendly, even at wee hours of the morning losing sleep time to take my call. I appreciate his efforts in helping me . But other than that I am yet to get my problem fixed. Still waiting on the queue for support.
