Etsy Integration ‑ DPL

Customer support is helpful and responsive. When there has been a glitch or problem, they're always responsive. I appreciate that!

I am giving this app 5 stars due to the customer care and simplicity of the app. I love that it integrates directly with my Shopify interface and I don't have to open another window to view my products/inventory. I have used many other apps that feel over complicated and over priced. While there are some items that can be worked on with this app (minor issues with message verbiage or display options-but nothing major/none affecting inventory management, etc.) It does what it promises and after speaking with support I feel confident the minor issues will be worked out soon. This is a cost effective inventory management system that works well for syncing products Shopify with Etsy. Syncing is much quicker and closer to "real-time" than the other 5-6 apps I have tried. It is simple to use and understand the customer support is quick to respond. I would say that once the minor glitches are resolved I will consider this app to be the best available for those that simply need to view/manage orders and inventory between the 2 platforms. Great job, hope to see more intuitive features soon that will make it even better. Thanks to the development team.

Surya and team are always very responsive and helpful. They are also very acoomodating and dedicated to make the app better. Highly recommend this app!

I had issues with the app but support was able to resolve them. Darpan also helped me a lot, he offered to call me to help me upload products correctly and make sure everything was running smoothly. He was very nice and made me feel very comfortable and confident that their app and support would help me grow my business and bring more sales!

There were mutiple problems and their personel are only train on how to connect you and not troubleshooting. But the worst was when couldn't upload for a week. They blamed it on Etsy token revoked. It was because the shop name in Etsy had changed and needed to be re-connected to Etsy with new shop name. I found this out on my own. But they were so quick to blame Etsy they never checked. Very poor service.

I am finding the app easy to use and am very happy. I would highly recommend this app for Shopify-Etsy integrations. The customer support provided by Hem was awesome!

Works great for syncing products to Etsy! Great customer service. Have not tried out the order syncing process yet.

App is just okay. It doesn't automatically update your Esty items, and to try and figure out how to update the items is very challenging. There solution is to have another DEMO call. Tech support just won't help you get what you need done. Not the best app.

These guys are great! Good service especially Surya. Fast response and even if there's a hiccup (always will be anywhere) they fix and navigate right away. Really complete service and the app is great too. Give Surya a raise. - T

So far so flipping cool.....easy to use and it works, Uploaded all my products and it works 100% The best bit is that it's really easy to use. I'm not technical but this has all the hallmarks of a great app.

Jillian and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful and responsive in helping us set this integration up. It has made the process of adding listings from our Shopify to our Etsy so much easier.

This app make updating my Etsy listing so EASY, I update my Shopify the push to Etsy. If I have made any changes to my Shopify products and already pushed to Etsy then the Etsy listing are updated automatically. The support is really great. If you want another channel to increase your sales, then I highly recommend that you give this app a try.

It’s pretty alright. I’m more impressed with the support. I can’t remember their name, but they were pretty awesome and were about to get on some Google meeting or something to show my technology challenged self how to do something probably really easy. I didn’t have my computer with me, but the person was great. It’s me. I’m the problem

This app is great, Surya linked everything for us with the integration between shopify and etsy and it worked flawsley. Really happy we went with this app as it is 1/2 the price of competitors but just as good, if not better. Look forward to these guys bringing out app for eBay intergration. Many thanks, keep up the good work.

I haven't used this app for every long, but so far it has been good and easy to use. The chat feature is very useful and I get quick responses when I use it. Darpan, Krsna, Nirmal and Surya have been a great help and both have been very friendly and quick to get a response on any issues I have had come up.
