Excellent and fast support. I installed a trial, and while I was able to figure out 90% of it, I had a few questions. I was assisted by chat & email, which was prompt. I needed further assistance, so I scheduled a phone call (Same day!) and was able to resolve my user-error issues right away. The app is quite simple, and keeps my inventory updated between platforms.

again great service from Ronex, after sorting our ebay intergration he then sorted our etsy profile, again very informative and helpful would highly recommend this app and ronex for help setting up
