Integrating Etsy with DPL has been a smooth and efficient experience overall. The setup process is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to connect your shop and manage your orders seamlessly through the platform. A special thanks to Kusum, who has been exceptional throughout the process — professional, knowledgeable, and quick to provide the exact information needed without unnecessary back-and-forth. Her clear communication and guidance make the entire integration experience even better. One important note for sellers to be aware of: if you plan to sell digital or instant download products, DPL does not currently support digital product integration. For physical or print-on-demand listings, however, it performs reliably and streamlines workflow effectively. Overall, DPL’s Etsy integration offers a smooth connection, responsive support, and a solid solution for print-based sellers looking to simplify fulfillment.

Avoid this app, it completely ruined my store. republishing new listings instead of matching to existing ones, ruined all the pricing/variation pricing. going to take days to fix this.

Krishna was very helpful as I am a new user and had a million questions. He patiently answered them and gave useful ideas. I am switching from Marketplace Connect to DPL for my Etsy Connection to my Shopify store. It seems to be working really well, especially once I figured it out.

App just functions nicely and with little input from my end. I have been using this for a few years and any issues I have had were resolved in minutes by a tech via chat. Hem was the latest one to help me and he was very responsive and efficient. I recommend this app because it is simple and supported so nicely.

I wasted over 10 hours of my day trying to get the app to work correctly. Not all of my Etsy shop listings would sync to Shopify, and not all of my orders from Etsy would update the inventory in Shopify. The tech support "chat" is just as useless. ... they kept saying to "sync the listings" after I kept telling them that the listings wouldn't sync. Then they tried to say it was because my Etsy shop listings weren't formatted correctly... I repeatedly told them that Etsy only has 1 way to format the listings and that if the listings were missing information, the listing wouldn't post... I asked them if since all of the Etsy listings were formatted the same way, then why did some sync/import but others would not... and why would some orders from Etsy update the Shopify inventory but some would not. .... I cancelled my subscription after 10 hours of trying to deal with it. I've got better things to spend my time on.
Our app syncs products and inventory correctly when SKU codes (or product names) are aligned between Shopify and Etsy. In this case, several products in the Etsy shop did not have matching SKUs, which is why some items did not sync as expected. Our support team explained this requirement multiple times and offered solutions, but the necessary adjustments were not applied. We’re still more than happy to help align your assortment so you can enjoy seamless syncing going forward. For merchants with SKUs in place, listings and inventory stay in sync without issue.

New to the app and needed help with the product not uploading to Etsy. This review is based on the customer service received. Was helped by Patrik. I am still reviewing the app, but the customer service was on point for my issue.

I was able to get a live person in the chat in a relatively short period of time. They were able to locate the problem and provide me with the solution within a short period of time.
