I had a fantastic experience working with the team. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I especially want to thank Anyatra for going above and beyond. She helped me successfully integrate my Shopify store with Etsy, making what felt like a complicated process smooth and stress-free. Not only did she assist with the technical setup, but she also helped polish the overall look of my products, ensuring everything appeared professional and cohesive. On top of that, she took the time to clearly explain how to track sales and manage inventory efficiently, which has given me so much more confidence in running my business. I truly appreciate the patience, knowledge, and support provided. Highly recommend their services!

Their customer support rarely responds to issues and now they have duplicated almost 7000 products as digital downloads. That cost us $1400. Do not use this app or company.

Unfortunately I've had nothing but issues with CED Commerce. First of all they charged me $1500 to connect my shop with my Etsy. The shop doesn't sinc accurately either. It seems like I have to continuously contact my Etsy customers to let them know that they will be receiving the item they ordered. I'm currently looking for another Etsy Integration Platform that serves my business better. Hopefully before the next billing cycle.

problems with app and shopify syncing to etsy. Instructions from App tech did not fix the problem
Hi StarGabi Admin, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with the syncing process. We understand how critical it is for your Shopify and Etsy stores to communicate correctly. After reviewing your case, it appears the issue may have stemmed from locating specific products to sync. We wanted to clarify that the app does have a "Tag" filter available directly within the Filter menu, which allows you to easily select and upload specific products based on their Shopify tags. We have reached out via email a few times with a video guide showing exactly where to find this setting, as we haven't heard back from you yet. We are confident this feature will solve the syncing problem you are facing. During the application setup, I had many questions. I wrote to customer support and they immediately offered help via Google Meet. We had a great meeting and they explained everything to me. They also offered a discounted annual subscription and optimization of my Etsy listings.

This was helpful to understand how to sync products across the Shopify and Etsy platform even though it was stuff I knew when researching on my own; however, I felt rushed to understand what to actually do and was asked to share my screen while I wrote my original review and show I actually submitted a good review when working with technical support.

BAD!! not syncing anything - not the inventory, not fuilfilmaents , tried solving it many times

Once profiling is completed, inventory and fulfillment sync works as expected.
