During the application setup, I had many questions. I wrote to customer support and they immediately offered help via Google Meet. We had a great meeting and they explained everything to me. They also offered a discounted annual subscription and optimization of my Etsy listings.

This was helpful to understand how to sync products across the Shopify and Etsy platform even though it was stuff I knew when researching on my own; however, I felt rushed to understand what to actually do and was asked to share my screen while I wrote my original review and show I actually submitted a good review when working with technical support.

BAD!! not syncing anything - not the inventory, not fuilfilmaents , tried solving it many times

Once profiling is completed, inventory and fulfillment sync works as expected.
