Hi StarGabi Admin, We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced with the syncing process. We understand how critical it is for your Shopify and Etsy stores to communicate correctly. After reviewing your case, it appears the issue may have stemmed from locating specific products to sync. We wanted to clarify that the app does have a "Tag" filter available directly within the Filter menu, which allows you to easily select and upload specific products based on their Shopify tags. During the application setup, I had many questions. I wrote to customer support and they immediately offered help via Google Meet. We had a great meeting and they explained everything to me. They also offered a discounted annual subscription and optimization of my Etsy listings.

This was helpful to understand how to sync products across the Shopify and Etsy platform even though it was stuff I knew when researching on my own; however, I felt rushed to understand what to actually do and was asked to share my screen while I wrote my original review and show I actually submitted a good review when working with technical support.

Once profiling is completed, inventory and fulfillment sync works as expected.
