Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

We needed to upgrade our plan having reached our upload limit. We will mid cycle and whilst I was frustrated they were unable to clarify what the prorate charge would be it did work in Shopify in the way they said it would. Harsh was then very helpful ensuring the missing products were uploaded into the app and showing me how to do it myself. We've used them for several years now and have been very pleased with how seamlessly the app integrates between Shopify and Etsy

So far, so good. Support is not always available but when they are they solve the problem.

We were satisfied with the customer experience and the app working itself. The one thing that was not correct was, the status was not synced and we got a lot of products live on Etsy that were DRAFT on Shopify. Fahad Khan assisted us with the issue and luckily, we got everything in order now.

Harsh was extremely helpful in solving my inventory syncing issue between Shopify and Etsy. Service is really great, but overall not so happy with the app. We often struggle to find the right setting, don't know if it's a global or product setting. Also it's not available in German what makes it even more complicate. It's expensive, too.

Customer service with CedCommerce is good and app is fairly easy to use. Utkarsh was very helpful and available to meet with us on GoogleMeet to walk us through initial set up and any issues we ran into. Traffic has not picked up on our site so we ultimately decided to stop using the app. May use again in the future.

I'm still testing the app, but so far, the customer service has been really great. Appreciate the time Zufishan took to walk me through everything! She was incredibly helpful.

UPDATE: Ive been using this app for 5-6 years with a break in between when I tried a different integration app. This one is still superior to the others. However, these days support can be a bit unpredictable in terms of timely responses and availability. Harsh is great, though. In fact, all the support staff are great once you reach them. ..... Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.

Utkarsh was super helpful when setting up the products. I took one star off because I find it difficult to use/not user friendly without someone being on live chat to help me.

You cant choose manually what to import, might work well if its the first time you import from etsy to shopify, but if you already have etsy listings at shopify and want to import just newer listings its hard to use.

We have use this app for a few years and it works great. The reason for my review is a recent issue we had. According to the developer 'due to unforeseen circumstances' the app duplicated an Etsy order twice. This happened in the past and we just didn't follow through as the order was under $20. This time, the order was over $50. We reached out to the seller and they just closed my case the first time. I re-open the case and ask for my money back for the duplicate order and they offered to give us extra products on our plan or use their tik tok account which any of these are the solutions we need. Their app duplicated an order, so we expect them to pay for the error, in this case our money back. They just refused to pay. We just want users to be aware of this issue, watch your orders to make sure there is no order's duplication that will cause a loss for your business and the developer will not be accountable for such issue. UPDATE 1/26/24- After submitting my first review with 1 star, they approved to refund from the duplicated order. I didn't like to be pushed to publish a bad review in order for them to make the right decision, this decision should be done the first time I reached out, recognized the mistake, pay me for it and move on. The app is truly great, didn't have issues other than 2 duplicated orders. It runs very smoothly, support is always available and glad they were able to refund me. Giving it a 4 star because all the hassle they made me go through instead of doing the right thing the first time.

This app is very help upload the products automatically from the Shopify. It saves me lot of time on product listing. it would have been good if they have below features. 1. Automatically sync the product details with Etsy 2. Not able to delete the products from the App 3. There should be auto add new products based on some conditions. 4. They can have better way of mapping the shopify product attributes to Etsy attributes.

I've found the app to be a good way to achieve the complicated task of integrating my Etsy listings to Shopify. For my business, with hundreds of one off items, it's not feasible for me to create seperate stores for Etsy and Shopify. Anyatra and her team have been relentlessly helpful, polite and always available to help me resolve the teething issues and I feel more and more confident using the app. Thankyou Anyatra! Helpful app, but interface isn’t as intuitive as I would prefer

Customer care is always great, the app is just extremely confusing and difficult to navigate, in my opinion.

So far, so good. I have spent the past week getting CEDCommerce Etsy Integration set up on our store that has over 300 products, many with variations. There has definitely been a learning curve and a few still pending questions. But CED Commerce is always there to help, and the chat available 24/7 is a lifesaver. Everyone has been super helpful.

Good app - on boarding is a little wonky if you have a larger catalog. They should allow you to import the whole catalog without extra fees especially if you are switching platforms. This has been a great app in the meantime. There is room for improvement in editing and bulk editing items and prices and there should be drop down lists for filters but the data is always accurate and timely.

Re-rate 6/24/23: They have since bounced back from my original review. Customer service is now back on the ball, thankfully, and answers speedily. 11/27/22 Total customer service fail. I had been using this app successfully and suddenly it stopped working and my site doesn't link to the app. I opened a ticket with the supposed 24/7 customer service. Seven days later, in the middle of holiday selling season, and no one has addressed the issue. I have added to the ticket 5 times and still no response. I am NOT happy. I was planning on adding their eBay integration app after Shopify retired the eBay selling channel, but I am thinking twice! So frustrated.

Fixed some of my bigger issues. customer support as always is great. Always online and super quick to respond with screenshots and support. There are a few glitches that are frustrating but overall an incredibly smooth well designed app. Has nearly every feature I would want and it all actually works. The setup is hard to learn but the customer service will always help you. A bit on the pricier side but you can't find anything this well made for this. Small issues: Formatting in text gets screwed up, so you have to go into each listing to edit description

Just too expensive, otherwise would give 5 stars. Works really well, but the volume of orders doesn't warrant the monthly cost. Maybe I'll come back as business grows
