I've been using this app for several months now - in fact, I use a few other CED apps because they work. Support is there when needed - granted it does take time to get the right answer sometimes but on the whole, it's very good. The app works seamlessly and allows me to list my products on Etsy with ease.

We highly recommend this app to sync your Shopify store to Etsy. It's easy to learn how to use, and syncs the stores easily for accurate inventory. You can also adjust what you want to be synced to Etsy such as price, title, tags, images and videos. If you ever need assistance, they're quick to reach out and help!

Horrible experience - do not recommend. Poor customer experience - each rep gives a different response and in the end absolutely no help.

After having used numerous different apps in connection with my e-commerce, I must say that CedCommerce is one of the most stable apps, a company that delivers what they promise, and have fast and proffesional service. I have used it for about 6 months now and can definitelty recommend it. Easy to use, no hassle and friendly fast service.

I had some problems initially, not with the app itself, more because I did not connect my store correctly. I got instant help from customer service on several occasions, always helpful and working really fast to solve my problems. And the app works great!

Been using this app for a couple of years. Works great. I hardly ever log into Etsy (except for customer support) because I do everything from Shopify :)

I am a new etsy user, and I set up a google meet call with cedcommerce representative, Utkarsh Saxena, because my etsy orders were not being pushed to my shopify store. Utkarsh was very helpful and explained that it was simply because I was not on the correct plan. I was able to take advantage of a holiday offer that allowed me to be on the upgraded plan. Utkarsh also offered to assist me in working on improving my product lessons to help my seo and product visibility.

Every time I need assistance; the team is very prompt and super helpful. They listen and do exactly what I ask no matter how many questions I may have. They are super patient. Specifically, Aditya and Utkarsh. They are the best reps!
