I had some problems initially, not with the app itself, more because I did not connect my store correctly. I got instant help from customer service on several occasions, always helpful and working really fast to solve my problems. And the app works great!

Been using this app for a couple of years. Works great. I hardly ever log into Etsy (except for customer support) because I do everything from Shopify :)

Great support from the Ced Team. Shikha Mishra from the team helped us to onboard Shopify to Etsy and was able to resolve a few issues we had with our current vendor

I am a new etsy user, and I set up a google meet call with cedcommerce representative, Utkarsh Saxena, because my etsy orders were not being pushed to my shopify store. Utkarsh was very helpful and explained that it was simply because I was not on the correct plan. I was able to take advantage of a holiday offer that allowed me to be on the upgraded plan. Utkarsh also offered to assist me in working on improving my product lessons to help my seo and product visibility.

Every time I need assistance; the team is very prompt and super helpful. They listen and do exactly what I ask no matter how many questions I may have. They are super patient. Specifically, Aditya and Utkarsh. They are the best reps!

Ok until you want to cancel. Hands down the most frustrating experience ever. I decided I no longer needed the app and deleted it per CED instructions. They say that is how to end your account and stop billing. They billed me again anyway. When I saw it on my pending Shopify bill, I reached out to have the charge removed rather than pay for it and hope to get a refund. They would not remove the charge. I ended up paying and hoping to get a refund. This whole process wasted so much of my time.

I’ve been using this app for about a week now. I had lots of questions and Zufishan and her colleague provided great support. They helped me understand how to link products from Etsy to Shopify and everything in between. Wish I knew about this app before I spent hundreds paying a programmer to set up my Etsy listings in Shopify. Super happy with this app!

We were initially using CED and we thought changing to Marketplace connect is better but there were some issues with integration on pricing and titles so we switched back to CED which works perfectly for us.
