Our store was so busy the last few weeks adding new products and getting organized for BFCM sales weekend and on Thanksgiving day I still needed to link all the new products to Etsy and was feekling super overwhelmed and frustrated but when I got on a call with the CED rep named Anyatra she saw my frustration and took the time to help get everything up for us. She then saw some ways to better help our store which utilizes nearly 20 different apps already that for me is very hard to remember how they all function; but her CED experienced team could help us by merging the CED apps together and managing the integration parts themselves. This service takes so much pressure off of us and saves massive amount of time from troubleshooting the app whenever we add new collections. Her service was far beyond what we get from most apps and even Shopify support. Thank you.

You're paying for half of a program. When I started paying for this app, I was under the impression that it would handle syncing between both Etsy and Shopify, however I have come to find that it only handles syncing from Shopify to Etsy. This meaning that if something is bought on Shopify it will be removed from Etsy, but if something is bought on Etsy it is NOT removed from Shopify. Alright for syncing products to Etsy, but I ended up still having to adjust all my listings on Etsy anyway. The interface is clunky and doesn't load well. I think I'll be cancelling my service...

I've been using CedCommerce for well over a year and am definitely impressed. My main objective was to sync Shopify and Etsy, so products were aligned in terms of inventory, descriptions, images, etc., which it does perfectly. There's a lot of flexibility in the app and I've also been learning more about their additional services. Most importantly, their customer service really sets the standard for how all companies should strive to be. Dhruv recently helped me with a question - not only did he answer it super quickly, he also taught me a lot more on how to make the most of the tool! I left feeling enlightened with more knowledge than I had anticipated and needless to say very pleased. I have no regrets installing CedCommerce and would definitely recommend.

I recently enjoyed working with Shikra, a customer service representative from CedCommerce Integration, and I am beyond impressed! Shikra was pleasant, professional, and extremely patient as she helped me resolve two specific issues I was facing. What stood out to me was her proactive approach. She set up a Google Meet session to screen share, making it easy for us to communicate and address the problems together. Thanks to her expertise and clear explanations, both issues were resolved in under five minutes. This level of support truly sets CedCommerce apart. A big thank you to Shikra for the stellar service! I highly recommend their team to anyone needing seamless integration and exceptional customer support.

Utkarsh from the support team was extremely helpful getting our Etsy integration working properly. He's willing to spend much time helping to make sure everything is correct and was a pleasure to work with. CedCommerce has so far been way better and easier to use than shopify's marketplace connect. Much faster syncing as well. Thanks Utkarsh!

Does not work with Etsy for order integration. No where is this stated until you sign up, link your store, and go through all the on-boarding processes. After that, and only then, do you see the message that order management is unavailable for US sellers across all integration service providers. Very frustrating to find this out only after going through all the hoops and work above.

Integration was easy. The support team was quick to respond but they overpromised and underdelivered. BE CAREFUL. There is no way to cancel my subscription except email; and i was charged for one extra month after i was told by their team that my subscription is cancelled (which they didnt cancel) I took their SEO service for a hefty extra cost and the lady working on my listings, vaishali was extremely unprofessional. She had limited knowledge and made a bunch of spelling mistakes for keywords and did not do more than half the work promised by her co-worker Mhd Fahad.

The support was excellent, the customer service was excellent, we were walked through step by step and got to where we uploaded all what we needed to upload and get our store up and running. Would definately recommend this app.
