The support was excellent, the customer service was excellent, we were walked through step by step and got to where we uploaded all what we needed to upload and get our store up and running. Would definately recommend this app.

Huge time saver and the BEST customer service. It's the reason I'm leaving a review because I rarely do. Every time I get stuck or have an issue, I use the live chat for customer service and they bail me out. Every time. They've been an absolute pleasure to work with!

The customer service for this app is outstanding! I had a few questions about the features, and their support team responded quickly and was exceptionally helpful. I had the pleasure to use CED Commerce from the beginning of my Etsy shop from the Free plan to the paid ones and was able to really enjoy it. It is a great app to start with and does faciliate the synching of products and more importantly of orders being placed. I recommend it to everyone! It is a time saver and will pay by itself once sales start to kick in.

Extremely helpful and useful App. Customer Service actually will answer and help you with your problem no matter the time of day. Being able to talk to an actual person versus just a chatbox is critical, when you are trying to figure out something new. The rep Zufishan was so kind and talked me through all of the steps and went above and beyond
