I have to use multiple 3rd party applications to make things run smoothly for my online business, and there is none other like this one. I have never seen ANY online service that provides such fast and truly helpful customer service. I have needed help many times on my journey and they are always there within seconds (even at 2am on a Saturday night) and explain things in ways I can actually understand. They have even went on a call with screenshare to assist me in making sure I have things set up correctly and fully understand their function. For those of you out there searching for which app to use, this one is definitely the answer. I started with a different app that only lasted one day until I realized that it was not capable of doing items that had any sort of variations, which is A LOT of my items. I thankfully found this app afterwards and it handles variations like a breeze. I am writing this review after getting off of a video chat screenshare call with Utkarsh where he helped me with my settings to properly function with my needs. I would go as far to say that this company provides customer service like no other company I have delt with in any part of my life. The help was truly genuine. Thank you so much!

As the only app that allows me to connect my Etsy account to Shopify, it's pretty good. Requires a little getting used to but after that, it's superb. Support was on point and extremely helpful as well. It has really saved me a ton of effort.

Very good customer service, able to cater to specific business needs and covers a vast amount of different business models. Highly recommend giving this service a month to try it out. You won’t end up canceling. Mohd and Aditya were very fast and helpful customer service agents that were able to meet in a live chat with me immediately. 5/5 stars

This is a wonderful app that saved me a lot of headache when syncing my Shopify store to my Etsy shop. The customer service is excellent and they are quick to respond and help with any inquiries.

The CedCommerce Etsy App makes everything so easy. Managing all sales channels from one central location is trult the only way to go. I can't imaging doing it any other way. Support is fast and gets things done quickly. Fast and efficient are the words I would use to describe everything about this app

Aditya Mishra is amazing and very helpful! I am new to using Shopify and Apps for system integrations. CedCommerce has made it very easy and intuitive which I really appreciate! The value can not be matched by any other app! I have searched! you get more features and value for your money! So happy I came across them! And if you have a question, someone is there right away (even after hours) to help you! Amazing!

It's a great app and the support it timely and accurate. The only factors that needs considering include: - allowing products that are set to archive on the shopify end to automatically be removed from the etsy app. - i've had random issues where some of my order sporadically do not sync correctly with shopify. - adding products to the app is tedious as i have to individally enter each title to sync if I want specific products on the etsy end. This should be refined so it's a tick box exercise and sync all selected products in one hit.
