We have been using CEDMgr app for the last 12 months for the shopify integration with Etsy platform to sync the order taking and orderfulfillment processes. The sync processes have been great so far using it without experiencing any issue.

Terrible service, so confusing to use. Every time I tried to get help one of the team members would say they fixed it and would map to the wrong products on Shopify. These mistakes cost us money and mis-ships.

This app saves me so much valuable time for mirroring my Shopify products on to my Etsy store. Its easy to use once you know your way around the app. Shubham was more than helpful when I had a few technical queries. I opened the chat window in the app and Shubham responded immediately, talking me through the steps I needed to take. So far my experience has been excellent and I'm so glad I found the CedCommerce app to ease the daunting task of uploading hundreds of products to Etsy! Thank you Shubham!

Very Helpful App, allows me to connect my two stores and not worry about inventory issues. When there is a glitch the support team has been available via chat to help sort things out. Pricing is very reasonable. Appreciate this tool and how it helps my business be more seamless, less work!

This is a great platform to be able to sell products in both Shopify and Etsy without having to create listings in two places. Saves a ton of time and their customer support has been FANTASTIC!

The app itself has some glitches and is not the most user firendly in terms of sorting and bulk activities. However, this is one of the ebst customer service I have experienced. There is always help available which makes me stick around. Overall, it's a good app. I am excited to see the improvements in the new versions but for now, it's the best you got on shopify.

This app is a life saver for my shop. Saves you a lot of time from having to load every item twice and with my shop having thousands of options it's literally saving me from hours and hours of double duty. Customer service is extremely helpful on assisting and giving detailed information on how to complete a task that I'm not familiar with in the system. So don't worry if the system is intimidating at first because they will help you walk through any item you need help with.
