The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app has been a game-changer for my business! Utkarsh was an incredible help—super knowledgeable and quick to assist with any issues I had. Thanks to his support, I was able to seamlessly sync my Etsy shop with Shopify. Highly recommend both the app and their excellent customer service!"

The inventory system continues to oversell products that should have been updated over a year ago, since I initially reported the issue. Last week, they claimed it was fixed and apologized, but the system oversold products again. I also just noticed all the 1-star reviews from sellers who are experiencing the same issue.

UPDATE: I'm not sure what has been going on with this app the past year, but customer service has gone from 5 stars to 0 stars. I can never get immediate help- they always say they say they will reach out within 24 hours, but instead weeks if not months pass and then I get an automated email saying my ticket was closed. Additionally, I am due a refund for some faulty work that flagged many of my listings on Etsy and they are refusing to issue it. They offered credit, but I did not receive it at time of renewal- because they built a paywall that locks you out of the app until you pay- so I am due a refund now and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months now. Thirdly, the app doesnt work as well as it used to and theres strange error messages popping up all over the place when I have been using the app for 5 or 6 years now with a 6 month break 3 years ago when I tried another app. I cant even list products at this moment and support for that is, again, non existent. ..... Excellent app! Excellent support available 24-7 and they are super friendly and knowledgable. Functions perfectly regarding keeping listings when they go out of stock by either putting them into the inactive or sold out categories on Etsy. This is something that other apps lack and is important because it enables buyers to continue viewing the listing- buyers and people who favorited it. The syncing of products and orders is seamless and happens nearly in real time with no delay.

So pleased with this app! Was able to customize what products I want to sync over to Etsy from my site and it is a seamless integration! Once and awhile there are some glitches, but you can contact the support and they resolve it right away.

Subscribed to this app for months now and continuously having issues with syncing inventory. I've spoken to customer service for months and the developers can't seem to figure it out. We're constantly overselling on products which is a dealbreaker for our business. Probably will cancel later this month.

Love this App! Easy to use- and even when I run into an issue or something I cannot figure out, customer support is always SUPER helpful and resolves my issues immediately. They have a convenient Chat support option, so I always get immediate help. I recently had Utkarsh help me with a problem, and they had it resolved within minutes!

This app is perfect for beginners or experts. I'm a beginner and the customer service was amazing. The questions I had were answered thoroughly and promptly. My items transferred right over from my Shopify to Etsy with zero issues. Thank you, Anyatra! I highly recommend this app.

This is the best app!! I am able to list my products on Etsy from shopify with ease. The support is amazing and they are even available on weekends!! Love!!!

I downloaded the CedCommerce-Etsy app this morning (Sunday) and downloaded all our products to Etsy very easily. I had an issue with variation images not changing so contacted the help desk via Chat. What a pleasant experience. I was connected to Srajan in seconds. A very patience and helpful Srajan checked out what the issues were (all mine!), organised a screen chat when I wasn't understanding and we are sorted out. I trialled another Shopify/Etsy link app which was so frustating with no response to help and no live products after 36 hours so this whole experience has been a delight. Set up is simple, support is excellent and I cant recommend enough. Cant wait to get to know this app in more detail. Thanks Srajan :) Update 1 October; I have been using this app now for a few weeks and it has made such a huge difference to our business. I cannot recommend enough if you are looking for a way to link your online stores.

Good platform for automating listing creation on Etsy. Order and inventory data transfers seamlessly once you'd decided which listings to post on Etsy. I had 2 instances where I had to use support chat, and they were very quick to respond and my questions were answered.
