Always helpful and available day or night. Couldn't ask for better. After learning the system, which is not very complicated at all, it offers seamless export to Etsy.

Still charging a company for an annual subscription even after you stop selling on Etsy and can't use your app is not okay...hence the 1 star review. If you're signing up for this app, I suggest going month to month so you are not locked in and in our position of no refund.

I have used this app in previous years and it didn't work for me. I have just re installed in and giving it another go. So far, the syncing is a smooth process and it seems much improved. I had a small issue with product images on three of my listings and Swati was very quick to fix my issue. I'm very optimistic about this app and the broader customer reach that it will allow!

Great app for syncing Shopify products with marketplaces like Etsy. The setup is straightforward, and the support team is responsive and helpful. It saved us a lot of time managing listings. Highly recommend!

Vikram Roy was very helpful, patient in helping me get set up with my Etsy integration. Also, kind to connect on WhatsApp to assist later if I run into anymore issues. I also love that they use google meetings and walk screen by screen so I know how to use it in the future on my own.

CED Commerce is great to link etsy and shopify products! Definitely worth the smaller ad on price when you are trying to manage two platforms with 500+ active items!

I really enjoy it, it makes my life way easier and the customer service is wonderful. They go above and beyond to help and even if I come with 1 question I end up getting with more enhancements to make my life easier. And it isn't a chatbot which that alone is worth the 5 stars.

The prices displayed are different from the correct ones. I wanted to test Etsy with the free plan including 200 products, but ultimately the plan only includes 10 products. It is impossible to test with 10 products... Also, when my simple description was published from Shopify to Etsy, it took all the source code and published it in the Etsy description. I had to redo all my descriptions, which defeats the thing's purpose from my point of view.
