The CedCommerce app is brilliant for importing products quickly. It's a great tool for productivity And whenever I've had any concerns, the support team has been amazing and very responsive and helpful in resolving them, I cant thank them enough. Highly recommended!!!

Ced Commerce Etsy Integration is doing a fantastic job, they are helping to do the whole integration process and made our job easy. I struggled a lot to set up my first online store and one helping hand I can get is all from the Ced Commerce team. Their responses to questions are great and overall the customer support is un-imaginarily fabulous.

Once you get used to the operations, this is a very easy-to-use APP. I had a lot of questions, but the staff's response is exceptionally fast, which is very helpful. I just started, but I think it will be very useful for increasing sales and reducing work time if I can master it.

If you have a large SKU count I would NOT recommend this app. Linking current products on Etsy to Shopify products is not easy - the automatic linking for large number of listings is almost impossible. We have identical SKUs and titles on both Etsy and Shopify and the auto-linking still will not work. Support was not helpful in resolving and it felt like we asked the same questions multiple times with no resolutions. They kept telling us they would get back to us with a solution and never would respond. The process of manually linking products takes multiple steps and is very very time-consuming and near impossible - it would take over 2 minutes per product and the search feature to find the products to connect them is buggy.

CedCommerce Etsy Integration App allows you to sync your existing Etsy store products to your Shopify products based on SKU matching. It is an automatic feature that we have provided to our customers to reduce their manual efforts. If you have products on Etsy and Shopify with different SKUs, you can link these products manually through the app. You had the same products on Etsy and Shopify with different SKUs, so automated syncing was impossible here. And this was not feasible for us to match your 10k listings manually through our support team. It was something beyond the features and support of the app. We have tried to reach you multiple times through email but couldn't get your response. We will wait to collaborate with you again soon. This is my first experience with this app. I was having an issue with shipping the customer service rep who assisted me was a great help and resolved my issue.

I am really happy with this app. I have tried several apps with multiple companies to sync and none of them were really easy to use. This app was able to link almost every single listing automatically. When I open the chat for help I get a real person, not a bot. and they actually read what i have said and answer it, unlike some other chats where i swear im still speaking to a bot after having an agent. When they realize my question is not a simple answer they give me the option to video call with them for help and give me a number on whats app so I can get back to the same person.
