PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW CAREFULLY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE A VICTIM!!! Ive installed this app to try out the trial and uninstalled it right before the trial, but they kept charging me their app, I contacted their customer support and they treated me horribly and only refunded me for one month! this is despite the fact that they email me saying that they have blocked and banned me for future use just because these people are not honest and don't abide by the Shopify rules! they think we will forget and they keep charging my account so they can get their money! this is the true customer service you will get if you are considering using this app! there are plenty of other apps that It does what this app does and if not probably better! do your research and read other reviews as they had a similar experience!

This app doesn't seem to work. I started the app but didn't have time to list items right away and the free trial expired. Even if I was able to test it out it wont let me chose the lowest plan which means I have to pay $400 to find out if it even works. I currently cant do anything in the app without getting the subscribe screen which I cant use because the starter plan isn't selectable.

the app is not performing well. if your listing has variants the product cant be connected with Shopify (which doesn't have any sense), they refuse to refund my money $40 directly to the trash

I thought initially that this app would assist me in the conversion of my products to etsy but all it did was give me a bill for $299 that I didn't want but because I couldn't cancel it, I just went along with it in hopes that it would assist my business. WRONG!! Somebody.. Anybody.. please cancel it. I have reached out again today and hopefully I will get a response. I have been trying to reach someone and no one has answered. Maybe this will get someone to help me. Update: I spoke with someone who stated that they would process my refund and that was two weeks ago and the refund is not here. I don't understand what's going on. I need my money back. Not offering an option to cancel is not right.

Very high annual value for the gains we obtain with the integration. If we have different prices on ETSY, we must always be aware that the built-in does not change them. When importing, it does not distinguish between sales values of the item and includes taxes. This makes it impossible to integrate with the invoicing system. When doing the Shipping we still have to go to ETSY to update. Because if we do it in Shopify, the order is not processed in ETSY. And if we do the processing in Shopify, the notification that goes to the customer is not ETSY's, it's Shopify's and it gets confusing for customers.

There is no way to turn off the plan. It's kind of annoying to be honest. Perhaps the action stops after uninstalling, but this is not accurate and you have to spend time tracking this process.

There is no option within the app to cancel my account or remove billing information. I have messaged them to close my account but they keep billing it to my Shopify account without my permission. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP They claim it is a "free trial" but then it is impossible to cancel the app and they keep billing you $60 a month direct to your shopify account. As it is not billed to a credit card it is impossible to block the payments or make a dispute.

Be very careful if you try this app. Specially if you have variants in your products, such as size or colors. The code is not written well to recover from normal issues. We tried the app and allowed it to upload a T-shirt in several colors all having sizes ranging from Small thru 3XL. Except the color Charcoal did not come in 3XL. It works fine in Shopify. But this app did not know how to handle it and uploaded a faulty page on Etsy and made it available for Etsy shoppers within seconds without any warning to us. When I viewed the new item page on Etsy, I was shocked to see no size or colors available. But all the photos were there and the size and color selection drop down boxes were missing. It was such a mess with some other parts missing as well that I had to immediately set it to Inactive status on Etsy. When I contacted support, I spoke to Akbar Jafri via chat who's communication skills made me wonder if a 5 year old took over when the parents were away. I asked how to fix this issue and he blamed it on Etsy and me for not having a 3XL in Charcaol which caused the entire color and size list to bomb out on Etsy. He then told me that once we "rectify this issue", all will work okay. I explained that this was not an issue to rectify but normal in retail to run out of a size or color on occasion. But he kept on repeating the same thing. I felt like he was too young to have the cognition to understand what I was talking about. Furthermore, this company sent me an email within 10 minutes after I downloaded the app, in which they mentioned contacting them if I needed any onboarding help. But they did not mention how I should contact them. So, I immediately replied with a couple of basic questions, but the email bounced back with the reason "Address Not Found". Of course I did not type the address but rather clicked the reply button in my email program. I also mentioned that to the tech support and he kept repeating the same email address, even though I sent him screenshots with the bounce back notice. If this company cannot enter their own return emails correctly on their outgoing messages, I would not trust them with anything as complicated as allowing them to connect my well established Shopify store to my Etsy account. I lost 2 hours talking to the tech support who mostly (1) copy-pasted help doc info, (2) could not help fix the faulty Etsy item their app published and (3) offered no solution to publish any more items if they had some sizes or colors missing. If you already have a running Shopify site and are well established on Etsy, connecting your Shopify and Etsy stores using this app could be very dangerous. The support is lousy and due to faulty code in their app, you could have all your listings erased or screwed up within minutes on either platform without even your knowledge. And all you'll be left with is to argue with this brain dead tech support guy. If you are wondering how they got all the other positive reviews, well, I am baffled just as much.

I'm having constant errors with my product variants and the customer support takes FOREVER to get back to you. Running into error after error and not being able to sell my items is having a negative impact on my business. The product variants are uploaded correctly and show correctly but when purchased they all say the same variant. My variant inventory also isn't updating. I'm going to have to swap to a different app, paying for this app is literally like me burning my money.

I'm updating my review because they are listening to your problems but they do not fix them! every time I have the " Not Mapping Variants" Error and I have to ask them every time to fix it for me but again my products from Shopify do not Properly transfer to Etsy( With so many Flaws)

It was just ok to me. Once I discovered it's features, I wasn't that impressed so I decided to cancel before the 7-day trial period ended. I was under the impression that I could test this app out for a 7 day trial period with unlimited products on ETSY. That is wrong! Be careful! Only 10 products with this 7-day trial! I was charged the full amount for going over 10 products even though I cancelled before the 7-day trial period. Be careful with their trial period!

Hi there, We only provide ten free listings in the trial period of the app. We can see that you activated around half of your catalog after choosing a paid plan. We only consider the refund as genuine only in 2 conditions. 1) The seller's Etsy account has been suspended 2) The seller faces any issue because of the app. I didn't find any of these cases here. Re their reply: We did not look for a discount. They offered one! We agreed and asked or nothing other than a refund. Why? Because the app was rubbish. Shopify arranged the refund. Avoid this app! The app promises a refund. But after weeks of waiting still no refund. Just told to 'hold on'. Shopify agreed to refund. But then the app makers charged me again! Please avoid this app. After days of waiting, talking to support, waiting and waiting and waiting and it is still not fully working. Glitchy. And unconvincing. Support is largely clueless. Every time we try to load an item the app logs us out and asks if we want to install it. Support says wait. 9 hours later --- still waiting. Avoid this app. A total waste of time and money. It is not fit for purpose. Dire. no stars! Update: it gets worse. I sell prints. The app says it replicates everything on my site and in shopify. Wrong. It does not show sizes. So no-one can see how large the print is. The app people did not tell me that before I paid. Everything about this app is disappointing. It has taken them 7 days to tell me that latest error. 7 days of talking and asking questions. Really bad form. and the info drips out only after they have taken your money.

I have used this app for about 3 years. I had some personal issues that kept me from monitoring my shop closely and tonight, I realized the app changed features in my product integration so that all of my manual optimizations on etsy which took over 40 hours to complete, were wiped out! My tags, my optimized product specific titles, prices and description were set up to be left unchanged. The app, without my knowledge or consent, changed features that I personally chose so that every product on my Etsy store needs to be edited all over again. In the product management section of the app, you can choose to keep their app from syncing your title, tags and descriptions everytime it syncs inventory etc across your different sales channles. You should be able to edit any platform manually and keep those changes from being wiped out indefinitely. So now all the work to optimize each product is gone. This is one of many instances where this app changed functions without my knowledge. Last year they had to issue credit for duplicate orders that I shipped. Too many issues to mention here. ALL DETRIMENTAL to your sales and tons of hours wasted to track what went wrong and to resolve the issue. If you can't have confidence that the app is doing what it should each and every time they refresh your feed, why pay for this service? Youre better off doing it all manually! The customer support is frustrating. They don't listen to your problem or request and you will waste your valuable time repeating yourself and asking them to READ! Scroll up please!!!! They changed their fee structure and I have been overpaying for god knows how long. I am so disappointed and feel completely ripped off by these irresponsible people and their inconsistent, glitchy app. I signed on to save time! That is far from what you will get. Shopify customer service is shocked and is contacting them on my behalf. Shopify automated updates alerted me to the fact that this service hasn't had a single instance of activity on my shop for over a month, hence reminding me to delete the app from my shop. I am done with them. BEWARE sellers.

The app would not sync with my orders that had been shipped out, and every time a purchase was made on etsy it kept defaulting automatically back to the listings in my shopify. So prices differences were altered and caused sales issues. Order limits did not reset every month so what am I supposed to do with this app once it maxes out? The number never went down and orders kept not syncing.
