Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I have been impressed with how easy the cedcommerce app is to use. Initially we started out linking our shopify Ecommerce site to etsy. This set-up went quite smoothly and we are extremely happy with the results. Now we are ready to expand to more sites like ebay and amazon. I requested some guidance from the Business Development Analyst area in the bottom right corner of the app. The support and and guidance obtained from the BDA was first class, clear and very supportive. I would recommend using this if you need help or guidance at any time.

The support if great and the app works well. I have had a few set up issues but each time, I have had great support to resolve the problems.

Outstanding customer service first and foremost, ive installed etsy, amazon and ebay apps, once your familiar with how they work the apps are great, a few things to get your head around but the support team is available 24/7 and has been fantastic, BRAVO!

Still adjusting to the App, but I think I'm liking what it does. Ritik was quite patient and helpful! I've only been trying to upload products from Shopify to Etsy and vice versa for now, so I can't speak to the other functions. Once I get better hang of it, I think it will be one of the better apps I'm using. It's been overwhelming uploading products, photos, information, etc., and it made me want to give up on Etsy, but the App makes it so easy and as of now, I can say that the customer support is really great.

This app is so easy to use and makes my life easier syncing my inventory items from Etsy to Shopify. Anyatra has been great to work with on the pricing plan and other things that I have issues with in the past.

we use it mainly for inventory and order synchronization (not for product setup and listing integration). For us the app works fine. Support is readily available. I like it that I receive Email alerts, when an order doesn't synchronize, so I can address the issue immediately and the customer gets the product within the promised delivery time.

So far so good! Apps works like a charm, support is great and the app is not too complicated. I hope they will continue to develop and improve the app as there are a few tweaks that would be nice. Overall I can definitely recommend this app for Etsy! Especially Utkarsh Saxena is great!!

The customer support is A+ This is for Ritik, Sir you did a 6 star job fast efficent and listen to what needed to be done.These guys all made this work great with the team you have in place. I was very slow to try them as they come at you and it's a new platform so adjustment is quick and easy with them. I will use this team as they all have made my life a lot easier.
