This app is very help upload the products automatically from the Shopify. It saves me lot of time on product listing. it would have been good if they have below features. 1. Automatically sync the product details with Etsy 2. Not able to delete the products from the App 3. There should be auto add new products based on some conditions. 4. They can have better way of mapping the shopify product attributes to Etsy attributes.

The app is very useful. I use it to list products to Etsy in "draft" form and then refine the final listing in Etsy. This allows me to get the photos and the attributes perfect in Etsy as they are slightly different to Shopify. I have configuired the app keep inventory up to date in Etsy (from Shopify) and maintain pricing (you can disconnect pricing at the product level if you want to provide separate pricing in Etsy). The app does a perfect job of importing orders back into Shopify when a new order is received. I currently have to manage refunds separately, it would be great if refunds were fully integrated with Shopify in future, but its not a big deal to be honest! Overall, an excellent intrgration app and the support is great: if you can't figure out how do something simply ask a question in the live chat window and the answer comes back within a few minutes!

I am relatively new to this app and I have had to reach out to customer/tech support on several occasions to address issues or settings or other aspects I needed help with and I have to say the customer service reps I have worked with have been very helpful and worked to help me to understand and resolve my questions. I would not call the app particularly "user friendly" for anyone new to using it BUT I will state that it is VERY capable of performing the integration tasks that I needed from it. I will also state that for the price I feel you get A LOT in the way of capabilities and function. I am still very much a newbie on the use and capabilities of this program/app but I feel it is well worth what I paid and more than serves the intended purpose.

Great experience with the app. It works exactly the way it should and integrates well between Shopify and Etsy. For my questions during onboarding, there was prompt 24/7 chat support and they helped solve all of my IT questions. Would definitely recommend!

Support is great! This app really makes it super easy to publish products from Shopify to Etsy. Ritik (one of the tech support guys) was easy to talk to and very understanding when it came to setting up the integration. I use CED Commerce for all of my integrations including walmart, michaels, etsy, and tiktok!

I've found the app to be a good way to achieve the complicated task of integrating my Etsy listings to Shopify. For my business, with hundreds of one off items, it's not feasible for me to create seperate stores for Etsy and Shopify. Anyatra and her team have been relentlessly helpful, polite and always available to help me resolve the teething issues and I feel more and more confident using the app. Thankyou Anyatra! I accidentally deleted 24 products from Shopify and panicked...how was I going to get them back? Then, I realized they were still on my Etsy shop through CedCommerce, but I didn't know how to copy them back to Shopify. Shikhar was SUPER helpful in fixing this issue for me and teaching me the steps for if it happens again in the future. EXCELLENT customer service (oh, and the app has been great for my Etsy business!).

I had the best experience with Ritik. He took me through the setup of the CedEtsy app, the importing and exporting of products---all of it. He took something difficult and broke it down into manageable pieces, and he was extremely patient in the process! I am very thankful and will be calling Ritik or his teammates again the next time I need help! They are great, and the application is amazing.
