The support if great and the app works well. I have had a few set up issues but each time, I have had great support to resolve the problems.

Outstanding customer service first and foremost, ive installed etsy, amazon and ebay apps, once your familiar with how they work the apps are great, a few things to get your head around but the support team is available 24/7 and has been fantastic, BRAVO!

The app is something we use out of necessity for now to sync our etsy orders to shopify, but we are looking for alternatives as we enter our third year of using it. They have changed their offers without much warning, and generally, the changes have had a negative effect on the usefulness of this app. They got rid of add-ons and forces costly upgrades with features that we don't want or need. For example, we don't use the pinterest pins at all, but we are stuck in a "custom plan" that doesn't just let us get etsy orders instead we also get pinterest pins that we never asked for or wanted. The app also still fails to update the sync between etsy and shopify after orders have been shipped, and they haven't provided us with a solution though we have asked several times.

This app is so easy to use and makes my life easier syncing my inventory items from Etsy to Shopify. Anyatra has been great to work with on the pricing plan and other things that I have issues with in the past.

Adarsh was very helpful from beginning to end he led me through every situation I was having trouble with and did it with ease, patience and expertise as if he's been doing this for years. If I had any more issues I would hope I was able to request him again because he was absolutely outstanding!

Great app, makes integration easy. Support is quick and helpful. I am currently in the process of migrating all of my integrations with CedCommerce on my Shopify Store.

Support is very fast to help and lays steps out very clearly- the app has a lot of functions and quite comprehensive - so always great having great support to help guide and educate one to use the app to its fullest. Thanks again for the best Etsy intergation app that I have used on shopify.

we use it mainly for inventory and order synchronization (not for product setup and listing integration). For us the app works fine. Support is readily available. I like it that I receive Email alerts, when an order doesn't synchronize, so I can address the issue immediately and the customer gets the product within the promised delivery time.

Exceptional customer service, always available and lightning-fast with support. Few minor glitches, but overall a sleek, feature-rich app that delivers. Setup might be challenging, but our dedicated support team will guide you every step of the way.

Edit Dec 2025: I have worked with CED Commerce for close to two years now and can highly recommend this app. Support is great, almost 24/7 available via chat, immediately when you start the chat. Since my last review they have improved the app, in some cases with the suggestions I provided; case in point they listen to us, the users. For syncing between Shopify, CED Commerce and Etsy, there is no better app! So far so good! Apps works like a charm, support is great and the app is not too complicated. I hope they will continue to develop and improve the app as there are a few tweaks that would be nice. Overall I can definitely recommend this app for Etsy! Especially Utkarsh Saxena is great!!

The customer support is A+ This is for Ritik, Sir you did a 6 star job fast efficent and listen to what needed to be done.These guys all made this work great with the team you have in place. I was very slow to try them as they come at you and it's a new platform so adjustment is quick and easy with them. I will use this team as they all have made my life a lot easier. The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. I might have otherwise given the app 4 stars, but their free service more than makes up for any complexity issues.

Great Service My name is Mario Moosbauer, and I am absolutely delighted with the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. It's not just a tool, but a complete assistant for my Etsy shop, aiding me in automating and efficiently conducting all my management tasks. The feature that enables actions on my products in bulk is a tremendous timesaver. It simplifies editing and listing on Etsy, and I can even create shipping templates and templates for inventory and price management right within the app. The user-friendly interface and error notifications regarding product uploading, syncing, inventory failures, and order fetching are exceptionally useful. The profiling feature is another strong plus point. It allows me to manage my product categories, attributes, and shipping in bulk. The automatic and regular syncing of inventory, price, etc., from Shopify to Etsy ensures my shop data is always up-to-date. As for order management, the personalization is a clear highlight. The ability to ship orders with or without tracking gives me the necessary flexibility.
