Support is very fast to help and lays steps out very clearly- the app has a lot of functions and quite comprehensive - so always great having great support to help guide and educate one to use the app to its fullest. Thanks again for the best Etsy intergation app that I have used on shopify.

we use it mainly for inventory and order synchronization (not for product setup and listing integration). For us the app works fine. Support is readily available. I like it that I receive Email alerts, when an order doesn't synchronize, so I can address the issue immediately and the customer gets the product within the promised delivery time.

Edit Dec 2025: I have worked with CED Commerce for close to two years now and can highly recommend this app. Support is great, almost 24/7 available via chat, immediately when you start the chat. Since my last review they have improved the app, in some cases with the suggestions I provided; case in point they listen to us, the users. For syncing between Shopify, CED Commerce and Etsy, there is no better app! So far so good! Apps works like a charm, support is great and the app is not too complicated. I hope they will continue to develop and improve the app as there are a few tweaks that would be nice. Overall I can definitely recommend this app for Etsy! Especially Utkarsh Saxena is great!!

The tech support is amazing! I was having some trouble figuring out why some of my items were not synching but Ardash set me up with a simple template that fixed the problem in minutes. Great Service My name is Mario Moosbauer, and I am absolutely delighted with the CedCommerce Etsy Integration app. It's not just a tool, but a complete assistant for my Etsy shop, aiding me in automating and efficiently conducting all my management tasks. The feature that enables actions on my products in bulk is a tremendous timesaver. It simplifies editing and listing on Etsy, and I can even create shipping templates and templates for inventory and price management right within the app. The user-friendly interface and error notifications regarding product uploading, syncing, inventory failures, and order fetching are exceptionally useful. This app has the worst customer service out of any Shopify App I've ever used. If you get someone named Ritik with a deadpool logo just end the chat. He misguided me, didnt answer any of my questions or listen to anything I had to say, consequently I wasnt able to use this app and deleted it. It's not very user friendly anyways, find a different app to list on Etsy with.

App itself can be a bit overwhelming at first, but it does work seamlessly once you figure out all of the settings. Love the amount of control the app provides, and the customer service can help you when you are confused or having trouble (thank you Ritik for helping me delete a listing that I incorrectly imported!)
