Great app, the customer support is super quick and helpful. I only use this for inventory and image syncing, which works perfectly. It saves a lot of time!

Works really well with importing products and order from Etsy to Shopify. Way better than manually fulfilling all Etsy orders by hand. It's a huge time saver.

App caused numerous technical issues with my Etsy account causing my Etsy account to be frozen and nearly removed. CedeCommerce also pushed itself outside of the free zone by adding items beyond their limit despite my efforts to stay within to try their product out. Support was in-effective and pointed to Etsy who had to perform an investigation. Would avoid and save your time and frustration.

The CedCommerce Etsy Integration app doesn't play any role in freezing your account. It depends upon Etsy. There are several factors due to which Etsy can suspend the seller's account. In our Free plan, we only allow you to list ten products on Etsy so that you can navigate the app properly and understand its benefits. It would be great if we could remove old listings from the app ourselves, but in the meantime I found support was really helpful and Ritik helped me get my listings tidied up.

My experience so far has been amazing. Tech support from Aman has been great. Aman was able to correct my syncing error and when I asked to show me my error, I was shown what the error was and how to correct it. Thank you again!

Was confusing at first, but Shikhar G. assisted most patiently with the navigation and set up. Still new at this, so it was great to have such savvy and knowledgeable tech support. It made a daunting task a lot more simple. Update: this app is good, but it definitely runs on tech support, not on documentation. The tech support is excellent. They reply with seconds. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. Many thanks to Aman A Singh, and Ritik Rajput for advancing the cause!

5 Stars - I have used many shopify apps and what separates the great from the good is the custoemr service. Cedcommerce have been far and away the most helpful team in getting us onboarded. I have spoken to 4 different team members and all have been very helpful and friendly. They were even on their chat over the bank holiday weekend. Have yet to review how well the software works for us but so far so good.
