This app is absolutely game changing for my business. The features that it allows make it so easy for orders and inventory to be tracked and seen. We use a 3rd party logistic centre to fulfil orders and Cedcommerce Etsy app makes the whole process easy. The support team is also incredibly supportive. I recently linked a preorder function to my website and struggled to work out how to manage inventory, Adarsh from the support team guided me quickly and easily through every step to ensure the process was functioning and I wasn't missing out on sales. I am very grateful they have created this helpful app as it makes my life so much easier!

Good app for connecting and syncing Etsy with Shopify. The team at CedCommerce is always able to promptly help with any tech issues.

we had an order import error i couldn't figure out on my own but after using the whatsapp support group i got a very quick solution (<5 min) and minimal effort on my end. good app and great support!

I don't know what I would do without the help I get! I was so new to the system, and had a lot of questions that were dealt with kindly, quickly and patiently! I was treated with respect, too, even though I'm sure I created some of the issues.

I am amazed by the support and quick answers always. Great up; I only look to have the same SKU on Shopify and Etsy.

Fantastic app! Made my life easy. I love the customer service and tech support that I receive from them any time I need. I don't remember ever waiting for anyone to get back to me... They are always there. They set the bar for customer service and support.

Just had some help with some items that weren't listing on Etsy and am very satisfied with the help I received. You do have to stay on top of your listings, and you might need to renew them or re-sync but then it works great. I did have some trouble with a purchase integrating with my Shopify store but it seems to have been corrected now.

Just launched this app and so far it is working great! It does have a learning curve but the customer service is phenomenal and they do help you with everything. My one comment is at the moment you are unable to delete products that you imported you have to chat with them to delete for you, but they did say they are working on making that possible

Shikhar Gupta was super helpful with my beginner questions. 4 stars for now for the app since I've barely used it. I'm sure that will improve as soon as I figure it out. Thanks Shikhar! Update: I've used the Chat feature on CedCommerce and continue to get great service. So I'm upgrading to 5 stars. Thanks to Adarsh as well.

So far the app is doing what I wanted it to do - sync etsy orders and create corresponding ones in shopify. And the support was helpful. No complaints
