NEVER use this app. I REPEAT, NEVER USE THIS APP. Not only it bugs, but they upload all your product (while you asked them not to do so) AND ERASE HOURS AND HOURS OF SEO WORK YOU HAVE DONE ON YOUR PRODUCT TO AVOID AT ANY COST, TRUST ME! There are also plenty of others new apps cheaper, which I will migrate once my contract ends with them. Never again!

I'm zero for two on CEDCommerce Apps. I recently left their Amazon integration for another vendor because inventory would not sync from orders. Now, with the Etsy integration Inventory has stopped syncing and I've handle to cancel several orders from Etsy... diminishing my compliance with their platform. I reached out for support who said they were syncing my inventory and not to worry. I just took another order for a product that should have been zero inventory. Time to leave, hopefully I can get a partial refund for the year I pre-paid.

Great support and a nice little app. Makes my life easier. I fulfil from 2 separate places and it picks up the orders properly. Again support is really fast and they stay until the issue is sorted. Well done!

Works for us syncing our products with etsy, and etsy orders come through merging with our usual online orders, so we can manage and fulfill orders from one place. Very useful. Any questions i've had answered promptly via instant chat messaging .

So far the assistance with setting up this integration has been invaluable. I needed help creating my profile and was able to get help from agents who were very patient with me. I am in the trial period but so far I am very impressed.

Anyatra was amazing. She was very patient and very helpful to me. She got me the results i wanted and stayed with me the entire time to make sure i was satisfied, She also walked me through the steps twice just to make sure I was able to remember how to do properly do each step. She is a great helper and a great patient teacher.

Re-rate 6/24/23: They have since bounced back from my original review. Customer service is now back on the ball, thankfully, and answers speedily. 11/27/22 Total customer service fail. I had been using this app successfully and suddenly it stopped working and my site doesn't link to the app. I opened a ticket with the supposed 24/7 customer service. Seven days later, in the middle of holiday selling season, and no one has addressed the issue. I have added to the ticket 5 times and still no response. I am NOT happy. I was planning on adding their eBay integration app after Shopify retired the eBay selling channel, but I am thinking twice! So frustrated.
