So far the App has been great, saves a lot of time uploading products. The order managment side has also been great, the error function has worked really well so you know when orders have not come thur properly which has always been our fault missing sku's etc. customer support has been very quick and helpful though only had to use it once as the app seems to be fairly easy to use. I would recommend this app, just make sure things are orgaise well in shopify before you do the bulk upload.

Good app - on boarding is a little wonky if you have a larger catalog. They should allow you to import the whole catalog without extra fees especially if you are switching platforms. This has been a great app in the meantime. There is room for improvement in editing and bulk editing items and prices and there should be drop down lists for filters but the data is always accurate and timely.

Thank you so much Anyatra! Because of your help I ended up signing up. I was having trouble at first trying to get my items from Shopify to Etsy but Anyatra went above and beyond to help me get the starter plan and It's 11:20pm where I'm at. She was very helpful and nice!

The app is very useful and it saves me a lot of time, although I think it can be improved. For example, have the possibility to delete products manually from the product section of the app which for the time being not possible. Also, I think the interface can be improved the product section is a bit messy, hard to navigate and view the products. But overall it does the job and saves time.

The app was a bit overwhelming/confusing at first. But customer support was very fast and very helpful (and patient with me). Thanks to their customer support I better understand how to setup everything and now my Etsy and Shopify Store have synced listings and tracks my inventory as orders come in. It is also great that I can update Shopify and then have Etsy synced to reflect the changes (instead of manually doing this work twice).

I had a really difficult time deleting some products and got on the chat for guidance. The rep was extremely helpful, fast and easy. A lot of other online chats they make you jump through hoops. It was really great to have someone help me. Especially, since I am not very tech savvy. Highly recommended.
