If you want to connect your Shopify store to Etsy, the Etsy Ced Commerce app is one of the best online. In particular, the 24/7 customer support is fantastic. If you have any issues, you can call them using Skype, share your screen, and have the person fix it right away. Anyatra Sing is one of the great girls who helps me almost always when I need it. She is also a very nice person.

Personalized products and different variations between platforms make the app a little tricky (my own fault), but this team is AMAZING! They're accommodating, understanding, able to walk/talk through my problems step by step, and very quick to respond whether on chat or zoom.
