Fixed some of my bigger issues. customer support as always is great. Still disappointed as well that the formating of text does not translate correctly. -----original review Really Really great Customer service. Always online and super quick to respond with screenshots and support. There are a few glitches that are frustrating but overall an incredibly smooth well designed app. Has nearly every feature I would want and it all actually works. The setup is hard to learn but the customer service will always help you. A bit on the pricier side but you can't find anything this well made for this. Small issues: Formatting in text gets screwed up, so you have to go into each listing to edit description

If you want to connect your Shopify store to Etsy, the Etsy Ced Commerce app is one of the best online. In particular, the 24/7 customer support is fantastic. If you have any issues, you can call them using Skype, share your screen, and have the person fix it right away. Anyatra Sing is one of the great girls who helps me almost always when I need it. She is also a very nice person.
