Best part of the app: all Etsy orders now show up (duplicate) as Shopify orders, allowing them to be shipped and managed all together (Shopify is our prime marketplace). Customer service is very good with getting errors sorted - they actually do it for you, not just guide to a description / FAQ :)

I had some trouble finding my way in this app, and managing the integration between shopify and etsy, but they helped my very well! Great customer service! 5 stars :)

No help at all, specially on the wekkedn when customers are buying the most. They will tell you that you have to wait for a bsuiness day to get help.

Used app only to import listings from Etsy. Is now demaning over $20/month for an occasional import. Insane. Give us pack the free option for occasional use instead of this useless free trial.

We have been using this plan since 2019- they have asked me many times to leave a review and I feel like I can in all honesty leave a 5 star review for this company. Their customer service is top notch, there is always someone there to help me through an issue. The orders push through properly as do the products I send to etsy. I have tried 2-3 other apps like this one and this one just does the job. I highly recommend them.

Incredible! Thank you team, we now have over 80 products listed and we previously only had 10 which we had to do manually but this one we just did automatically and everything automatically goes into shopify

The customer service is incredible, they answer within seconds 24 hours a day. I had so many questions at the start and they were really patient with me. The app has been life changing, it meant I could put all my stock into a fulfilment centre and all my orders would go through one place. It took me a while to understand how to use the app, especially as I had over 100 products to organise but we got there in the end and now I barely have any problems. It has saved so much time to update the stock quantities in one place. I highly recommend this app!

I recently re opened my etsy shop and had items still there I dont sell anymore and many that were sold out. I was overwhelmed thinking I had to go through every listing and add/delete old current items having over 500 items still in etsy and carrying now over 1600. THIS APP HAS BEEN A BREEZE! Old etsy apps i tried kicked out my listings into my inactive and messed up my inventory so I was scared to try a new app. The customer service walked me through everything and everything was so easy and quick! I was able to update, delete, manage, upload, export, edit all of my listings from the app in a few clicks. Customer service is available any time of day and very informative. Once they showed me what to do, it was so easy. Very happy with the service and app!

I have been using the app for 90 days or so and I really like it. Support is really good and once you get the hang of it you can plug and play all your products on Etsy. There are some small limitations re accounting for amends/cancellations but the positives outweigh this. It has certainly allowed me to access a new sales channel with bulk product.
