I recently integrated CEDCommerce into my Shopify store so I could expand into Etsy - and I should've done this so much earlier. What intimidated me for years has been super simple and I'm getting my inventory optimized and live way faster than I could've ever anticipated. Dhruv and the support team have been awesome any time I've had a question - and they've helped me dial in the integration smoothly. I definitely recommend CEDCommerce!

Customer service with CedCommerce is good and app is fairly easy to use. Utkarsh was very helpful and available to meet with us on GoogleMeet to walk us through initial set up and any issues we ran into. Traffic has not picked up on our site so we ultimately decided to stop using the app. May use again in the future.

Their app does NOT properly sync orders between Etsy and Shopify, especially if you're using it for automated fulfillment with suppliers like Printify. Once Etsy rolled out new API restrictions, CedCommerce became almost useless, and their only “solution” is a manual CSV import/export process that they want to charge $4000 one-time fee for this!!!!! The whole point of using this app was to automate the fulfillment process, but instead I’m stuck manually entering shipping addresses and updating tracking numbers, defeating the entire purpose of using CedCommerce in the first place. Support was no better. I was bounced between agents, given generic copy-paste answers, and told to fulfill manually... how is that automation?

The CedCommerce Etsy Integration App is a great medium in connecting my Etsy shop with Shopify, the app features various functions to make things easy and manageable. Would highly recommend it! Shout out to Dhruv for the white glove service.

I cannot express how much I appreciated all the one-on-one support from them. I had multiple products not syncing and they took the time to get them all synced for me. They were able to understand my concerns/issues and get them resolved quickly. The response time from sending in my issue to getting it resolved was amazing. Highly recommend this integration app.

Customer service with CedCommerce is very good! They were able to talk me through on chat support until I got a live agent. Anyatra was amazing to talk to on chat support and she was able to meet with me on GoogleMeet to walk me through exactly the issues I was facing! I definitely recommmend Anyatra and CedCommerce!

CedCommerce is great for a quick way to sync your products from Etsy to Shopify. I would also like to praise them for their customer service. Fahad helped me when I was struggling to get all of my products listed by showing me a simple fix I had missed with shipping profiles. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to sync products between Etsy and Shopify.
