Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

The app is fairly easy to use, and any problems we run into are easily resolved through chat help fast and efficiently. Definitely very helpful, in both service and operation.

I had an issue with payment, they took a little bit to sort it out but in the end it was rectified. Good customer service. Great app, it functions really well for Etsy!

I use this app to help me transfer my products from Shopify to Etsy. This app saves me sooo much time. And the chat support is great! There's a learning curve but be patient, you will breeze through the process in no time. Worth it!

I love this app and the support is top notch. I no longer have to manually add my listings to Etsy from my Shopify store. This app saves me so much time, and is easy to start using right away. It is self explanatory, and the few occasions that I have contacted support were amazing. They thoroughly review the issue, explain it, fix it, and tell you what you watch for so that you don't encounter the error again in the future. That is exactly the kind of answers I expect from customer service, but rarely do other apps or platforms meet that expectation. I highly recommend this app!

Generally a good service. Easy implementation, may require some handholding as you learn, but their customer service has been very responsive. So overall very good. I am actually waiting for them to provide the same for Amazon.

Hello, The app and support was extremely courteous and helpful, Utkarsh the represantive, I was in communication with, assisted with the syncing of my stores merchandise along with the shipping and store setup.

Very high annual value for the gains we obtain with the integration. If we have different prices on ETSY, we must always be aware that the built-in does not change them. When importing, it does not distinguish between sales values of the item and includes taxes. This makes it impossible to integrate with the invoicing system. When doing the Shipping we still have to go to ETSY to update. Because if we do it in Shopify, the order is not processed in ETSY. And if we do the processing in Shopify, the notification that goes to the customer is not ETSY's, it's Shopify's and it gets confusing for customers.

This app is seamless. Probably one of the simplest apps I have used which links a site to an external channel.
