Amazing app, it saves me so much time and hassle in bringing in and syncing orders from ETSY. The support system is very great, they find solutions with any issues that arise. I would highly recommend it, onboarding is easy as well!

The Esty Marketplace Integration took a little time to set up and figure out, but customer service was super helpful each step of the way with any questions I had. Did the free trial to test whether we wanted to reopen our Etsy store, and from there decided that this app makes it so simple and easy so we set it back up. Have yet to see how some of the intergrations work, but so far very happy and absolutely the best customer service I've experienced.

Tawk.to was a SUPER help - I use this app to import new products from my shopify store to my Etsy store! It's s a great app - Saves SOOOO much time - And I love that the chat is there when you need and the helpers are so ready, nice , and professional to help you with whatever you need to do with the app! Good job!! Thank you!

Before I was introduced to this app I was overwhelmed with loading my products and maintaining inventory within two platforms but now I just have to maintain one platform! Shopify and Etsy Marketplace Integration technical support are very knowledgeable and skilled. I have felt very supported in what I want to accomplish with my business.

I have been working with this integration and first I want to say that the customer service is top! I had an issue integrating the shop on Etsy and they were the whole time chatting with me and guiding me in every step even in the late night. I am absolutely fascinated by how easy this app works out the integration to Etsy instead of the manual way. I highly recommend it!

This app gets 5 stars purely based on their immediate availability and assistance. They saved us an incredible amount of time moving our shopify store to Etsy and then with anything that has come up as we've made changes to our shop over the last few months. So nice to get things done quick and easy! Highly recommend.

This app is really fantastic! I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up to the free trial - but it is so worth trying it out. Shubham who is part of the customer service team is beyond helpful, he called me and literally walked me through the set up. This app is already saving me a lot of time so I have now signed up to a paid plan as it is worth every penny. Thanks!

Firstly I just want to thank Shubham for his help. He is incredibly patient, polite, and efficient when it comes to solving issues that I face. Hope he continues with cedcommerce in the long run as he is the best support I've worked with. In regards to the app, it can be quite tricky for a newbie to use, but thankfully their support is able to guide you every step of the way so you don't need to scratch your head to figure everything out. There is no way to turn off the plan. It's kind of annoying to be honest. Perhaps the action stops after uninstalling, but this is not accurate and you have to spend time tracking this process.

oh my gosh, the best app you would EVER need when it comes to etsy & shopify sellers. There is no point to go the cheap way and try using a free app. They will only waste your time. I am really really satisfied with the creation of this integration. Recommending to all my shop friends!!!

The app has no-hassle integration with Etsy. Very helpful support staff which is open 24 hours a day. Easy product management is offered. Kudos to Shubham for assisting me for over 2 hours.

The app seems to work really well, is well made and the support is very good with the live chat and instant help. I just started using this app but so far so good I can say I recommend it.

There is no option within the app to cancel my account or remove billing information. I have messaged them to close my account but they keep billing it to my Shopify account without my permission. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP They claim it is a "free trial" but then it is impossible to cancel the app and they keep billing you $60 a month direct to your shopify account. As it is not billed to a credit card it is impossible to block the payments or make a dispute.
